Dearly Beloved 12/31/20 "Great Expectations"

Great Expectations
Dearly beloved of God, the New Year is quickly approaching, but anyone in Christ is a new creation now. The old things passed away. Behold, new things have come and all of the new things are from God, Who reconciled us to Himself through Christ.
God has shown us great grace. He provided an entrance into His kingdom by being born again. He made us righteous in Christ. In Christ we are holy and without blame before Him. He has forgiven us all our trespasses by the riches of His grace which He abounded to us. He made us accepted; highly favored in the Beloved. He sealed with the holy spirit of promise so that we will receive our inheritance in Christ. Beloved, in Christ He blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm.

Dearly Beloved 12/30/20 "As We Have Received, So Walk"

As We Have Received, So Walk
Dearly beloved of God, in Christ dwells all the fulness of the divine nature bodily and we are complete in him who is the head of all principality and power!
How complete are we in Christ? We are completely, completely, completely, absolutely complete in him. He completely filled us in him. So dearly beloved, walk in that completeness that is in him.
In Christ we were circumcised with the circumcision made without hands in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ.
Our circumcision is much better than Abraham’s circumcision, in Christ the old nature of the flesh was circumcised by the circumcision of Christ.

Dearly Beloved 12/29/20 "It Cannot Be Broken"

It Cannot Be Broken
Dearly beloved of God, the Word of God cannot be broken. That is not my opinion; the Lord Jesus Christ said so himself.
God is both able and willing to perform every jot and tittle of His Word. He is the guarantor of every word that comes out of His mouth. Far too many have underestimated God’s Word.
Jesus Christ received the words that he taught from God, His Father.
John 7: 16
Jesus answered them, and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His that sent Me.
John 17: 8a
For I have given unto them the words which Thou gavest Me….

Dearly Beloved 12/28/20 "Much More than a New Year is Coming!"

Much More than a New Year is Coming!
Dearly beloved of God, we are drawing closer to our New Year, but more importantly we are drawing nearer to the day of our salvation! Christ is coming! Who knows, it could be today!
Oh what a day that will be when my Savior I shall see! Today we see through a glass darkly, but then we will see face to face. Now we know in part, but then we shall know even as we are known.
Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered in the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him.
God has revealed the initial revelation of these hidden things in the great mystery concerning Christ and the Church, and He has also made known another mystery concerning the coming of Christ for the Church, but these are only the opening pages of eternity for us.

Dearly Beloved 12/27/20 "Redeemed How I Love to Proclaim It"

Redeemed How I Love to Proclaim It
Dearly beloved of God, Jesus Christ paid the price for our redemption, and we have been redeemed from the guilt and condemnation of sin. On the Day of Redemption he will redeem us from the presence of sin, this evil age, and from death itself.
Today we are sealed with the holy spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession we will receive on the Day of Redemption when he returns to gather us up to him.

Dearly Beloved 12/26/20 "The Beginning of an Unending Story"

The Beginning of an Unending Story
Dearly beloved of God, the birth of Jesus was a marvelous event which had been in the making for some 4,000 years. His birth was forecast in the Scriptures from Genesis 3:15, from the beginning of the reign of sin and death over man.
The hope of the Coming One, the birth of the seed of the woman became a living reality on Tishri 1, 3 B.C., but his birth was only the beginning of an unending story of deliverance which was according to the purpose of the ages which God purposed in His Son, Christ Jesus the Lord.
His birth was indeed marvelous but what he accomplished in his resurrection, ascension, and seating at God’s right hand far exceeds his birth at Bethlehem.

Dearly Beloved 12/24/20 "Stocking Stuffers"

Stocking Stuffers
Dearly beloved of God, since it is Christmas, let’s talk about the gifts that were in our stockings.
God our Father has stuffed our stockings with every good and perfect gift! What a holiday! Not only does He only give good and perfect gifts, the gifts and callings of God are without repentance; there are no exchanges!
Check out these stocking stuffers! He has given us the gift of eternal life. It is just what I wanted; how about you? For by grace are we saved through believing, and that gift of salvation is not of ourselves; it is the gift of God. Oh You shouldn’t have; thank You so much Father!
He has given us the free gift of grace, the gift of His holy spirit. Oh, it fits perfectly! Now I am born of His spirit and have entered the kingdom of God. Thank You Father for your unspeakable gift! How did You know; it is just what I needed!

Dearly Beloved 12/22/20 "Good News of Great Joy"

Good News of Great Joy
Dearly beloved of God, Caesar Augustus instituted a registration throughout his empire for the purpose of officially documenting his subjects’ political allegiance to him. It was Tishri 1, 3 B.C. [September 11, our time], New Year’s day according to the Hebrew calendar.
Luke 2:1-5
1 And it came to pass in those days that a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered.
2 This census [registration] first took place while Quirinius was governing Syria.
3 So all went to be registered, everyone to his own city.
4 Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David,
5 to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child.
Joseph and Mary were both from the tribe of Judah and were descendants of David. That is why they registered in Bethlehem.
Mary was now in the ninth month of her pregnancy and ready to deliver when they reached Bethlehem. The stage was set for the pivot point of man’s history.
6 So it was, that while they were there, the days were completed for her to be delivered.
7 And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Dearly Beloved 12/22/20 "Our Song in the Night"

Our Song in the Night
Dearly beloved of God, I long for the day that our Lord and Savior returns to save and redeem us. I know we are in the holiday season, but it has little to offer compared to what God our Father has to offer us in the face of our troubles.
Some saints are dealing with sickness and some have fallen asleep. Others are struggling with family loss and loneliness, and others are grappling with financial concerns. The holidays seem to intensify the emotions of the human condition. Life is fragile.
Yesterday I had several calls from saints asking me to pray, and to minister healing to them. My heart goes out to those in need, but the Father’s loving kindness and tender mercies far, far exceeds mine. He is renowned for His great love for us, His kindness, and great grace, and mercy towards His dearly beloved children. He is the God of love, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort. He is the LORD that heals us.

Dearly Beloved 12/21/20 "Forgiveness and Healing"

Forgiveness and Healing
Dearly beloved of God, as surely as Jesus bore our sins in his own body on the tree as the Lamb of God, and we died to sin, we were healed by the stripes laid on him.
Jesus Christ completely redeemed us. So far he has paid the price of redemption, and in the future, on the Day of Redemption, he will redeem us from death and/or this evil world.
He has delivered us from the guilt, and condemnation of sin today, and when he returns and gathers us up to meet him in the air he will deliver us from the presence of sin. He is our redeemer.
When Jesus lived on earth he went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed by the devil because God was with him; he always did His Father’s will.

Dearly Beloved 12/20/20 "A Very Present Help"

A Very Present Help
Dearly beloved of God, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” This is a living reality for us today as it was for King Hezekiah in his day.
These words in Psalm 46 were not just words to Hezekiah, they expressed a living reality to him. “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
We can learn from Hezekiah and His walk with God, dearly beloved. We may not be a king like he was, or be under attack by a powerful army of superior force as he was, or be sick unto death like he was, but in our times of trouble God is our refuge and strength the same as He was for him. He is a very present help in our troubles.

Dearly Beloved 12/19/20 "Against All Odds"

Against All Odds
Dearly beloved of God, there have been many times in history that God's people were overwhelmed by much stronger enemies... until God made a way for them where there appeared to be no way.
Gideon lived during such a time. Israel had done evil in the sight of the LORD, and they had gone into captivity under the Midianites.
God sent an angel to Gideon and said, “The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.”
Wow; what was the message that changed history? "The LORD is with you!"

Dearly Beloved 12/18/20 "The Victory is Ours"

The Victory is Ours
Dearly beloved of God, we are the children of God and He has our backs. He is our shield and buckler; both our offense and our defense. He is our Father. We can cast our cares on Him because He cares for us.
“Fear not” is His Word to us! We wrestle against spiritual wickedness from on high with the power from on high God empowered us with in the new birth. Put on the whole armor of God, dearly beloved, and stand!
Stand having the loins of your mind and heart girded with the truth of God’s Word.
Put on the breastplate of righteousness. Arm yourself with who you are in Christ. You stand before God clothed in Christ’s righteousness without any sense of sin, guilt, or condemnation!

Dearly Beloved 12/17/20 "The Truth Will Make You Free"

The Truth Will Make You Free
Dearly beloved of God, who do you depend on for your reference for truth? Is it the mainstream media, or an alternative news source? Do you do your own research or simply swallow what you are told?
When it comes to spiritual matters we must ask ourselves the same question; what is our reference for truth? Is it your preacher, pastor, priest, or mullah, or is it the doctrine of your denomination, or the traditions you were taught?
Truth needs no defense; it only needs to be learned. Very few would reject the truth if they were given the proper groundwork for what is being said. People need to learn one step at a time.

Dearly Beloved 12/16/20 "More Than Conquerors or Conquered by Fear"

More Than Conquerors or Conquered by Fear
Dearly beloved of God, “God did not give us a spirit of cowardice but of power and of love and of sober thinking.”
The Administration of the Grace of God, the Administration of the Mystery of God concerning Christ began when the Lord Jesus Christ poured out the spirit of God on the Feast of Pentecost following Jesus Christ’s resurrection, ascension, and seating in the heavenlies at the right hand of God.
Before his ascension into heaven, Jesus told the apostles to wait for the promise of the Father, which they had heard from him. “John indeed baptized with water but you will be baptized with the holy spirit not many days from now.” Acts 1:5
Jesus said, “You will receive power when the holy spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses….” What did he say they would receive? Luke 24: 49 says that they would “be endued with power from on high.”

Dearly Beloved 12/15/20 "Ho, Ho, Ho"

Ho, Ho, Ho
Dearly beloved of God, our Father is so thankful for you. He loves you with a great love and burning love, with tender mercies, and compassions that fail not.
There is nothing good that He withhold from you. In everything He works for good with those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose. Rejoice! We are His dearly beloved and highly favored kids; His household. We are the object of His affection.
God our Father has given His kids the run of the house so to speak. His throne of grace is always open to us. In time of need we can go to Him with confidence and speak freely with Him because His ears are open to our prayers. He loves spoiling His kids royally.

Dearly Beloved 12/14/20 "A Heart Working God"

A Heart Working God
Dearly beloved of God, religion and politics are for the masses, but God is a heart working God.
Everything He did in Christ Jesus was for you and for me. He did it according to the good pleasure of His will to deliver and bless us. He did not do it to get anything out of us; He did it because of His great love for us.
Religion and politics are the two most corrupt institutions in this world. The work of God in Christ is the only source of true freedom a person will ever have.
Which one of those institutions can give you peace that passes understanding regardless of the “hell” going on around you?
Can either one fill you with joy in spite of your circumstances? Does either one love you for who you are?

Dearly Beloved 12/13/20 "Exceeding Riches of Grace"

Exceeding Riches of Grace
Dearly beloved of God, in the ages to come, God our Father is going to show us the exceeding riches of his grace in kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
Who could have imagined such exceeding riches of grace? They are beyond anything we could ask or think about. “Eye has not seen and ear has not heard and it has not entered into the heart of mankind what God has prepared for those who love Him.”
Our hope of glory is a certain future reality. When will we partake of this kindness toward us in Christ Jesus?

Dearly Beloved 12/12/20 "The Distinguishing Mark"

The Distinguishing Mark
Dearly beloved of God, what does God expect out of us after all that He has done for us in Christ? He expects us to live; to live with the love of God as we renew our minds to do the good pleasure of His will.
Living love distinguishes us as the children of God.
God our Father wants us to be our true self, and love without hypocrisy as a child of God that imitates the Father Who is in heaven. We are God’s love child. We live love because that is who we are.
The Father wants us to grow spiritually and mature so that we act as He does towards people.
The Father wants us to be merciful, as He is merciful. He does not want us to just feel sorry for people, He wants us to be actively compassionate towards them as He is towards us.

Dearly Beloved 12/11/20 "Tell Me Why"

Tell Me Why
Dearly beloved, why did God send His Son Jesus Christ? The answer is in the gospel of God concerning His Son Jesus Christ.
God sent His Son to save us, to redeem us, to make it possible to be born again of the spirit from God so that we could enter the kingdom of God, and become seated citizens in the heavenly realm.
God sent His Son to justify us, to forgive us, and to deliver us from the reign of sin and death. He sent him to deliver us from the wrath of God that will come against the ungodly.

Dearly Beloved 12/10/20 "The Conflict of the Ages"

The Conflict of the Ages
Dearly beloved of God, the only one that can settle the conflict of the ages between God and the devil is the Lord Jesus Christ.
God sent His Son to destroy the works of the devil, and he will! God anointed Jesus with the holy spirit and with power. When he was on earth the first time he went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil for God was with him.
They crucified him, but God raised him out from among all the dead people.
Forty days later he ascended into heaven, and God seated him at His right side far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. God put all things under his feet, and gave him the head over all things to the Church, which is his body, the fulness of him that fills all in all.

Dearly Beloved 12/9/20 "The Truth and Liberty"

The Truth and Liberty
Dearly beloved of God, the Word of God is to the children of God, what the Constitution is to the citizens of the United States.
The founding fathers determined that our freedoms are God-given, not granted to them by a government. The Constitution limits the rights of the government to rule over us; it protects our liberty.
The constitution is under assault. The assault of our constitutional liberties has been egregious, but it is nowhere near the adversary’s assault against the gospel of God concerning Jesus Christ, and the liberty we have in him.
Dearly beloved, Jesus Christ came to make us free. He said, “If you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed; and you shall know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” John 8: 31, 32
The truth will make us free from sin and death’s reign over us, free from the power of darkness; free to be the sons of God and have eternal life. He made us truly free. Christ freed us with freedom, therefore, stand fast in that liberty.

Dearly Beloved 12/8/20 "Election Integrity"

Election Integrity
Dearly beloved of God, many are paying close attention to the integrity of our presidential election. If a secular election is so consequential, one would think that our election in Christ would be of even greater concern to us.
The presidential election will determine the future of our constitutional republic; not an insignificant matter. We are the elect of God, and our election by Him determines both our present and future eternal realities in Christ Jesus our Lord, which is of even greater significance.
If the presidential election was questionable, our vote was disenfranchised, and our rights as citizens were usurped. If our election of God is questionable, our standing before God, our sonship rights, and our future inheritance would be in jeopardy.

Dearly Beloved 12/7/20 "God's High Priest"

God’s High Priest
Dearly beloved of God, Jesus Christ the Lord is the only priesthood recognized by God today.
“Every priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer gifts and sacrifices for sins.” Hebrews 5:1
“And no man takes this honor to himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou are my Son, today have I begotten thee.” Hebrews 5: 4 and 5
“Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold hast our profession [confession; that of the gospel of God concerning His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ].

Dearly Beloved 12/6/20 "Today is for the Living"

Today is for the Living
Dearly beloved of God, today is today, not yesterday or tomorrow. Past wins or losses are just that – past! Today is the only day for the living.
Tonight when you go to bed, let go of today’s work and concerns, they are over and done with. Give them to the Father and sleep like a baby.
In the morning arise from your sleep, give glory to God, and ask, “Father what can I do for you today?”
Yesterday and tomorrow are not today; you cannot live in them any longer. They are not for the living.
I know too many wonderful people who are prisoners of the past. The past plays on a constant loop in their minds over and over again. They live in the past as though it is the present. That is a prison! Whether the past was good or bad it is not today. We can only live today, dearly beloved.

Dearly Beloved 12/5/20 "Are We Dearly Beloved of God?"

Are We Dearly Beloved of God?
Dearly beloved of God; stop and think about those words. Romans 1:7 reveals that we are the beloved of God, called saints or holy ones; God says so.
God previously said, “I will call them My people, which were not My people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, ‘Ye are not My people;’ there shall they be called the children of the Living God.” Hosea 1:9, 10

Dearly Beloved 12/4/20 "God Speaking"

God Speaking
Dearly beloved of God, what is your reference for learning? We all must have a reference outside of ourselves from which we learn regardless of our field of study.
When it comes to spiritual matters, the Word of God is our only rule for faith and practice. The Word of God is God speaking, and it reveals the Will of God to us.
If we replace God’s Word, which is revelation from God to man with any other source for learning our spiritual understanding will be erroneous. We cannot replace the Word of God with other sources such as philosophy, tradition, and denominational creeds and doctrines if we want to understand spiritual matters.

Dearly Beloved 12/3/20 "Glorious New Covenant Realities"

Glorious New Covenant Realities
Dearly beloved of God, the same God that became Israel’s God, and they became His people in the old covenant, is the same God that became our Father, and we became His children in the new covenant.
Under the old covenant God gave Israel the Law. In the new covenant God gave us the gift of holy spirit.
As Gentiles we had no part in the old covenant; it was with the nation of Israel.
The new covenant of the spirit is with individuals from both Israel and from the Gentiles who confess Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead. Previously this had been a mystery hidden in God.

Dearly Beloved 12/2/20 "When You Pray Remember"

When You Pray Remember
Dearly beloved of God, never forget; God our Father is for us, not against us. We are never alone, and our Father will never forsake us. We are His dearly beloved children, and we are highly favored in His sight. As He was with his Son Jesus Christ, so He is with us.
Our Father’s ears are open to our prayers; in fact, He says that He delights in them. We ought to etch what He says into our hearts and minds, and remember to whom we are praying. God our Father is able and willing to perform His Word; He is the One True and Living God, and we are His children.
Israel did not always hold the same perspective that God held of them.

Dearly Beloved 12/1/20 "Called and Named"

Called and Named
Dearly beloved of God, we are to walk worthy of the calling to which we were called.
God called us by the word of truth, the gospel of our salvation. After we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ we were sealed with that holy spirit of promise for the inheritance as God’s heirs. Christ will return to acquire those whom he purchased with his life and gather us up to him.
God called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus. God’s purpose in Christ was to save us.
