Dearly Beloved 11/30/20 "Your Labor in the Lord IS Not Vain"

Your Labor in the Lord Is Not Vain
Dearly beloved of God, God our Father has not given us a spirit of cowardice but of power and of love and of sober thinking.
The Apostle Paul wrote these words by revelation to Timothy, his true child in the faith, while he was imprisoned, and he was about to die.
All Asia had turned away from him. Israel was a conquered country under the dominion of the Roman empire. A number of the spiritual leaders in the Sanhedrin were born of the seed of the devil, and led the people away from the True God, not toward Him. Many myriads of the Judeans that believed were zealots for the law, not for the doctrine of the grace of God, and the mystery of God concerning Christ.
The circumstances were definitely troubling.

Dearly Beloved 11/29/20 "Now and Forevermore"

Now and Forevermore
Dearly beloved of God, God is our Father, and He has called us to be His children now and forevermore. His calling to us in Christ is a reality, and it has bearing on our lives today, as well as throughout eternity.
God is the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, and this God is our Father, Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm. This truth is an accomplished reality.
Why did Jesus Christ give his life for us? Why did God raise His Son from the dead? Why did God call us in Christ? Why did He show us His grace, mercy, and love in Christ?

Dearly Beloved 11/28/20 "Unlimited Resources"

Unlimited Resources
Dearly beloved of God, the first commandment of the law that God gave Israel was, “Thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.”
If they loved the LORD their God in this manner, with all their heart, soul, and mind they would have had no place for fear because the One True Living God was the only God they needed.
When we love someone it is easier to trust them.
God told them that He was with them to deliver them; He was the LORD their God.

Dearly Beloved 11/27/20 "Have a Perfect Heart Towards Him"

Have a Perfect Heart Toward Him
Dearly beloved of God, the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on the behalf of those whose heart is perfect toward Him. A person with a “perfect heart” is one that completely, wholly looks to God, and trusts Him for his or her sufficiency.
Who would have thought that Abraham would become the Father of many nations when his wife was infertile at 90; her womb was dead, and he was about 100 years old? He was so inadequate, incapable of such a thing.

Dearly Beloved 11/26/20 "God Our Father"

God Our Father
Dearly beloved, who is our God?
God is the Creator of the heavens and the earth. Just think of the power and wisdom that involved! That God is our Father.
He is El Shaddai, the Almighty God, the Most Powerful God. That God is our Father.
God told Moses, “I AM THAT I AM.” “Am” is a form of “hayah” in the Hebrew, and it would better be translated, “I Will Be,” or I Will Become.”
He does not express in that verse what He would become, but three chapters later He does. “And I will take you to Me for a people, and I will be to you a God, and you shall know that I am the LORD [YHWH: Jehovah] your God.”

Dearly Beloved 11/25/20 "My Prayer of Thanksgiving"

My Prayer of Thanksgiving
Gracious Heavenly Father, I praise Your wonderful name for Your loving kindness and tender mercies toward me. Thank You Father for Your wonderful Word that encourages me, and how you work in me by Your spirit to will and to do of Your good pleasure.
Your tender mercies toward me exceed my wildest dreams; they are beyond all I can ask or think. You are my sufficiency in all things all of the time. Your goodness toward me is past understanding, Father. Father, You are truly the One True and Living God.

Dearly Beloved 11/25/20 "Has God Changed?"

Walter Hernandez: Gerald Wrenn's post
Has God Changed?
Dearly beloved of God, our God is no smaller today than He was in the beginning, or in Old Testament times, or in the gospel era, or in the book of Acts. He said, “For I am the LORD, I change not….” The only thing too small is our believing of what He says.
God means what He says, and He says what He means. The greatest secret in the world today is that the Word of God is the Will of God.
God’s Word reveals His Will. We don’t have to guess about God’s Will; we can know that we know, that we know it. His Word is His Will. His Word is truth and it works every time it is believed.
If people would walk out on the Word of God they would see a Living God at work performing His Word. They would see signs, miracles, and wonders. They would see God’s deliverance in their lives.

Dearly Beloved 11/24/20 "Happy Thanksgivings"

Happy Thanksgivings
Dearly beloved of God, when a person confesses Jesus as Lord and believes that God raised him from the dead he is saved, born again of incorruptible seed, and has entered the kingdom of God. Such grace!
Salvation was God’s idea, not man’s. He determined the standard by which we are saved.
Salvation is the result of the good pleasure of God’s Will; He made it available to mankind because of His great love for us. He demonstrated His exceeding great grace toward us through Jesus Christ and what he accomplished for us. Our only part is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and what he accomplished.

Dearly Beloved 11/23/20 "Rise Up Against the Corruption"

Rise Up Against the Corruption
Dearly beloved of God, the corruption in our political system is stunning, but it does not begin to compare with the corruption of the scriptures concerning spiritual matters.
Where do we begin? Let's start with the truth that there are two gods, not one. There is the One True and Living God, who is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the other is called Satan or the Devil.
Not understanding that there are two gods results in blaming the One True God for all that Satan does to kill, steal, and destroy people's lives.
Another prevalent misconception in Christianity stems from the corruption of who God the Father is, and who the Son of God is.

Dearly Beloved 11/22/20 "God's Standard for Justice"

God’s Standard for Justice
Dearly beloved of God, Jesus Christ is the end of the law for righteousness [His justness] to everyone who believes in him.
God set the standard for His justness to mankind, not man, and thank God He did. He showed us His marvelous grace to us in Christ and by what he accomplished for us.
Jesus Christ came to fulfill all righteousness, or all of God’s justness, and he did!
The four gospel records teach us what Jesus did to fulfill the law. He died for our sins and God raised him out from among all the others who remain in the grave. He ascended into heaven, and God made him sit at His right side. Then Jesus Christ sent the promise of the Father, which was the gift of holy spirit, and the remission of sins.

Dearly Beloved 11/21/20 "Stop Wrestling with Yourself"

Stop Wrestling with Yourself
Dearly beloved of God, have you ever wrestled with yourself, been at odds with yourself, and thought you were just worthless? That kind of thinking only ends in soul searching and misery. I assure you, you are not the first to wrestle with yourself like this.
“Oh wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from the body of this death?’ I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord [for the deliverance]. So then, with the mind, I myself do indeed serve the law of God, but with the flesh, the law of sin.” Romans 7:24 and 25.
Two laws are mentioned. One is “the law of God,” and the other is “the law of sin.”
What is “the law of God” of which this verse is speaking? Is it speaking of the Mosaic law of the Old Testament?
“But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.” Romans 7:6
The “law of God” mentioned in 7:25 is not speaking of the Mosaic law. That law exposed sin for what is was and showed it to be exceeding sinful. The law was holy, just, and good, but no one ever kept the law; therefore all were guilty and came short of the glory of God. Therefore, by the deeds of the law no flesh is justified in God’s sight; for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

Dearly Beloved 11/20/20 "Peace in Troubling Times"

Peace in Troubling Times
Dearly beloved of God, we are highly favored and privileged to live in the Administration of the Grace of God.
In Christ and by his accomplishments we have passed from death unto life, we have entered the Kingdom of God’s beloved Son, and there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ.
We have already been justified by Christ, and it is absolutely certain that we will be glorified with him. God declares that these are established, certain realities.

Dearly Beloved 11/19/20 "The Way of Peace"

The Way of Peace
Dearly beloved of God, Jesus Christ is the place of our justification, reconciliation, and peace with God.
“Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; to declare, I say, at this time His righteousness: that He might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.” Romans 3:22-26
God has set forth Jesus Christ to be a “propitiation.” The word “propitiation” only appears in one other verse in the Bible; Hebrews 9:5, where it is translated “mercy seat.”

Dearly Beloved 11/18/20 "What Is On His Mind?"

What Is On His Mind?
Dearly beloved of God, God our Father is the same God today He has ever been; He does not change.
God told Israel, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end [an end that He gave them to hope for].” Jeremiah 29:11
In this instance God was speaking of delivering them from their captivity from Babylon. He said that He would visit them and perform His good Word toward them, and cause them to return to their land. His Word tells us what He was thinking, and He performed it as He said He would.
No one knows what another person is thinking unless they tell you what is on their mind, even so no one knows what God is thinking unless He tells them what is on His mind. He revealed this information to us by the revelation of His Word.

Dearly Beloved 11/17/20 "The Purpose of the Ages"

The Purpose of the Ages
Dearly beloved of God, the new birth is the first step in God’s plan of redemption, and it comes with an inheritance. There is much more coming to those in Christ Jesus.
If we confess Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead we will be saved.
In the new birth we are sealed with the holy spirit of promise. The gift of holy spirit is the earnest, the down payment, a token of the inheritance that is to come.
The glory of the inheritance is an eternal, exceedingly heavy weight of glory. We are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, and we will acquire the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ when he comes. We will be glorified with him.
The Lord Jesus Christ will return to gather us together on the Day of Redemption. On that day Christ will redeem the members of his body, the Church; he will come to acquire that which he purchased with his life, unto the praise of God’s glory.
But, dearly beloved, that will not be the end, it will be a new beginning. We will physically enter the Kingdom of God’s beloved Son as citizens of the heavenly realm.

Dearly Beloved 11/16/20 "The Truth Will Make You Free"

The Truth Will Make You Free
Dearly beloved of God, the knowledge of God will make you free. Where do we find the knowledge and wisdom of God? He revealed this God-breathed information in His Word so that we may know the good pleasure of His will.
Through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus Christ our Lord, God has made known unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. He has given us great and precious promises that by these we can be partakers of the divine nature.
God will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth, but unfortunately, all do not choose to accept His invitation.
People can either accept the information from Him or reject it. If they reject it, it is to their own peril.

Dearly Beloved 11/15/20 "His Mercy is New Every Morning"

His Mercy is New Every Morning
Dearly beloved, now the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always by all means. He is the Lord; He does not change. He is with you and He is for you, and He will never leave you, nor ever forsake you. Thus saith the Lord! The Lord is with us all.
Whether in present circumstances or in future considerations these truths will never change. We can confidently take Him at His Word. Look to Him, and faint not, beloved.

Dearly Beloved 11/14/20 "His Grace is Sufficient"

His Grace is Sufficient
Dearly beloved of God, I marvel at Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God, and all that he accomplished in his ministry as the Lamb of God.
I cannot comprehend the love and commitment he had to do what he did, nor can I comprehend the love the Father has for us to freely give us all things with His beloved Son. My feeble mind can scarce take it in.
I am so thankful for God’s love, grace, and mercy for saving someone like me. Where would we be without the Father’s love, grace, and mercy?
The Apostle Paul said, “By the grace of God I am what I am;” we can say the same. He then said, “and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all; yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.”
God's divine favor is with us also, dearly beloved.

Dearly Beloved 11/13/20 "Go to Him"

Go to Him
Dearly beloved of God, when I awoke this morning I thought of how good our Father is to us. I am overwhelmed with His goodness to us.
“I sought the LORD and He heard me and delivered me from all my fears.” He has delivered me from everything that has made me afraid. When I am afraid I will trust in Him.
I have seen God our Father deliver by His almighty power time and time again. I have seen Him save the lost, heal the incurable, prosper the needy, deliver those possessed, make the infertile fertile, and raise the dead to life again. Impossibilities are His specialty.
I have seen Him deliver His people in the path of deadly hurricanes, instantaneously dissolve life threatening tornadoes, and dry up flood waters at the front door by the power of His Word.

Dearly Beloved 11/12/20 "Our Vital Relationship with Him"

Our Vital Relationship with Him
Dearly beloved of God, we have a sharing relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord. What do we share with him?
I Corinthians 1:1-9 describes what we share with him. We are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called holy ones. We are enriched by God’s Word concerning him, and his testimony was confirmed in us so that we do not lack even one aspect of the gift while we are waiting for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. He will establish us until the end unimpeachable in the Day of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
God is faithful, by Whom we were called into the fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord. In him we are completely filled with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm; the Father freely gives us all things with him.

Dearly Beloved 11/11/20 "From Glory to Glory"

From Glory to Glory
Dearly beloved of God, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him!
Walk in the reality of the new birth; in Christ dwells all the fullness of the divine nature bodily, and you are completely filled in him who is the head over every ruler and authority! How complete are we in him?
Beloved, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in the mystery of God concerning Christ, and we are completely filled with everything he accomplished. The birth is only the beginning of our riches in Christ.
In Christ, we were circumcised with the circumcision made without hands in the stripping off of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ.

Dearly Beloved 11/10/20 "Nothing is Impossible with God"

Nothing is Impossible with God
Dearly beloved of God, have you ever faced situations with impossible odds against you? Fear not, you are not alone; many before us have faced the impossible and have overcome by the power of God exerted for them.
You and I share a common history as sons of God. Our Father has always been and always will be faithful to His dearly beloved children.
We have the privilege of being able to read God’s Word and look back at how He delivered believers that came before us.
We are not the first to live in extraordinary times; far from it. Many lived in far worse circumstances than we have faced, but in all of them God was faithful to deliver His people as He promised.

Dearly Beloved 11/9/20 "Keep Your Eyes on the Prize"

Keep Your Eyes on the Prize
Dearly beloved of God, since you are risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits at the right side of God.
Set your affection on things above, not on the things on the earth, for you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life shall appear, then shall you also appear with him in glory.
Dearly beloved, do not be discouraged. The outer man is perishing, but the inner man is renewed day by day; by the riches of His glory He strengthens us with power by His spirit in the inner man.

Dearly Beloved 11/8/20 "God's Love, Justice,and Mercy"

God's Love, Justice, and Mercy
Dearly beloved of God, God our Father loves us more than I know how to express with words; He says so. He loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son for us so that we could be as he is. Never forget it.
Who saved us when we were dead in sin, ungodly, and enemies of God, and destined for wrath? God saved us by the accomplishments of Jesus Christ. By His grace we were saved, not by our works.
The justice of God was accomplished by Jesus Christ our Lord, not by us. Jesus Christ believed God to fulfill His Word and Will concerning our justification.

Dearly Beloved 11/7/20 "God's Justice is Coming"

God's Justice is Coming
Dearly beloved of God, we were justified by Christ; this is the beginning of God's justice in Christ. We will be glorified with him, also, but there is more justice coming.
Today is man's day and he does the judging. The Lord's Day is coming and he will do the judging. God's justice is coming!
The God of the hope is our Father. On the day of redemption God will send His Son to redeem us from this earth, and from death itself. On that day we will acquire the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. Come quickly Lord Jesus!
The Lord Jesus Christ will descend from heaven and gather us together up to him. He will rescue us from the power of darkness and will physically complete our transfer into the kingdom of God’s beloved Son.
The Lord Jesus Christ will transfigure our humiliated bodies to be like his glorious body, but dearly beloved this is only the beginning of the glory to come. Eternity lies before us.

Dearly Beloved 11/6/20 "Our New Reality"

Our New Reality
Dearly beloved of God, fear is our enemy. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. If we seek Him, He will hear us, and deliver us from the things that make us afraid; He is with us and for us; He has not left us alone.
Doubts and worries are the tempter’s tools used to erode our confidence in God, and who He created us to be in Christ. They are imposters, not reality. Don’t let them ramble through your mind and drag you down in fear and torment you. If you will hold these imposters up to the light of God’s Word you will see them for what they are.

Dearly Beloved 11/4/20 "Who Did He Say He Is?"

Who Did He Say He Is?
Dearly beloved of God, those who know God’s name will put their trust in Him because He has never, nor ever will forsake them who seek Him.
God calls Himself by many names that express who He is; one name is simply not enough to express it. In the Bible, when God names something, the name defines some aspect of who and what it is.
God reveals who He is in the Scriptures of truth. He is Elohim, the Creator of the heavens and the earth; the supreme supernatural Spirit being who alone has the power to create.

Dearly Beloved 11/2/20 "What a Body!"

What a Body!
Dearly beloved of God, we share in the greatest association mankind has ever known.
Since we confessed Jesus as Lord and believed in our heart that God raised him from the dead we are saved, and now we have a standing before God in Christ!
Christ is the head of the Church, which is his body, the fullness of Him that fills all of the saved ones with all that he accomplished.
In Christ dwells all the fullness of the divine nature bodily and we are complete in him who is the head over every ruler and authority. God has blessed us in him with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm.

Dearly Beloved 11/1/20 "From Grace to Glory"

From Grace to Glory
Dearly beloved by God our Father, when a person’s heart turns to the Lord, the Lord freely gives them his spirit, and everything that comes with that sonship. The Lord is the spirit; it is Christ in you, the hope of glory!
From the moment we acknowledge Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead we are sealed with the gift of holy spirit for everlasting life.
The new birth spirit is the down payment of our inheritance until the day we physically enter the kingdom of God on the day of redemption; the day the Lord Jesus Christ will return to gather us up to him.
