Dearly Beloved

It Makes a Difference
Dearly beloved of God, there is not one issue we face today that could not be understood and resolved if people would only recognize the authority of the Word of God, and look to the One True and Living God for deliverance.
God’s divine power has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness through the knowledge of Him that has called us to glory and virtue, whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises, that by these we might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the world through lust.
We cannot go by personal experience as our standard for truth; not yours, mine, or anyone else’s. Sincerity is no guarantee for truth.
The Word of God must be our only rule for faith and practice if God is to give us spiritual understanding and wisdom and deliverance.

It Is a Spiritual Warfare
Dearly beloved of God, we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, although it may appear like it; we wrestle against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of this present darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the heavenly realm.
Although we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but powerful by God to the demolition of fortified strongholds, demolishing reasonings and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and leading captive every kind of thinking in obedience to Christ.
Put on the armor of righteousness. Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his ability. Clothe yourself with the armor of God so that you are able to stand against the strategies of the devil.
Wherefore take up the full armor of God so that you are able to resist those things in the day of the wicked, and when you accomplished everything, to stand.

Class Warfare
Dearly beloved of God, class warfare exists in our country, and around the world.
There are two classes of people in our society. These classes are not defined by your economic standing. They are not defined by your political affiliation. They are not defined by the color of your skin. They are not defined by your sex, whether male or female.
These two classes of people are comprised of those who confess Jesus as Lord, and believe that God raised him from the dead (they are saved, born again of the spirit from God, and they are the godly), and the other class are the ungodly, who reject the grace of God shown to us in Christ Jesus (their end will be destruction).
There are only two classes of people: godly and ungodly.
What is godliness? The Greek word is “eusebeia,” the opposite of “threskeia,” religion. Godliness is a real, true, vital, and spiritual relationship with God: while “threskeia” relates to outward acts of religious observances or ceremonies, which are performed by the flesh.
Godliness is a relationship with God based on spirit, not by any works of the flesh.
Romans 8:8
So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Salvation and Good Hope through Grace
Dearly beloved of God, God called us to salvation through sanctification of the spirit and belief of the truth to the obtaining of the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. How did He do this? He did it through the revelation of the gospel concerning Christ.
God reveals that the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for the Church of the Grace of God will be “the day of Jesus Christ.”
It will be “the coming of Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together unto him.”
It will be when “the dead in Christ shall rise first, then we which are alive, and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
It will be when, “the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

Do Not Be Afraid
Dearly beloved of God, let not your heart be troubled; God is for us, not against us. Cast all your cares upon Him because He cares for you.
God our Father will not leave us, and He will never, never forsake us. The Lord is our Helper. I shall not fear. What will man do unto me?
Be anxious for nothing dearly beloved, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God, and the peace of God, which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
The spirit jointly helps us with our weakness. We do not know what we should pray for as necessary, but the spirit in manifestation makes intercession with inexpressible groanings. He Who searches the hearts knows what the thinking of the spirit is, because it makes intercession for the saints in accordance with the will of God.

Confident in Him
Dearly beloved of God, you can be confident that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Jesus Christ.
What is the day of Jesus Christ? It is mentioned in Philippians 1:10 and in 2:16. It is the day Christ will return to gather us up to him in the air. Philippians 3:14 refers to it as the high, or upward calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 3:20 and 21
For our conversation [citizenship] is in heaven, from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

The Two Parts of the Lord’s Second Coming
Dearly beloved of God, the Lord Jesus Christ’s second coming has two parts: he will come to gather the Church together up to meet him in the air, and later he will come to the earth as King of kings and Lord of lords in the Day of the Lord.
When the Lord Jesus Christ comes to gather together the Church up to him in the air it will be the day of redemption. We will be redeemed from death or from this evil world, and saved from the wrath to come.
Sometime after the Church has been gathered together, the Lord Jesus Christ will come to the earth in the Lord’s Day, he will come with power and great glory. This will take place after the tribulation of those days according to Matthew 24.
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days, shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.” Matthew 24:29.
Read Matthew 24:27-31; Mark 13:24-27; and Luke 21:20-28.
According to Isaiah 13:6 and following: “…the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the Lord of hosts, and in the day of His fierce anger. And it shall be as a chased roe, and as a sheep that no man takes up….”

Here We Go Again
Dearly beloved of God, here we go again. It seems as though every time something devilish happens in the world, someone starts the drumbeat that it indicates the end is near, and God’s judgment is coming.
Today is man’s day, and it his time to do the judging. When the Day of the Lord becomes a reality, the Lord Jesus Christ will do the judging.
The Lord’s Day is not a day of the week; it is the day when the Lord Jesus Christ will do the judging. God committed all judgment unto His Son.
Not only that, he will raise all that are in the graves, and he will separate the just from the unjust.
If we are to speak about the times of “the end” we must understand two words, both which are both translated “end:” the Greek words “sunteleia” and “telos.”

Revelation Knowledge from God
Dearly beloved of God, why would “Christians” deny the truth of the Word of God, and dismiss the truth about the gift of holy spirit that every believer in Christ receives at the time they are born again? It is that spirit that makes us the children of God.
Each and every Christian should be vitally concerned about the new birth reality, and the rights, privileges, the spiritual ability inherent in that birth. We gain the knowledge of these spiritual matters from the revelation of God’s Word.
Every child receives the like same gift of holy spirit the moment they confess Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead; they are saved [Romans 10:9].
Romans 8:8-11 WT
8 Those who are in the flesh [natural men] cannot please God.

Do You Really Want to Know?
Dearly beloved of God, as the children of God we cannot allow our past teachings, opinions, or feelings to discourage us from believing the truth of God’s revealed Word.
Sadly, too many are influenced by their relationships with other people instead of believing the truth of the Word of God.
Some people are influenced by what other people say about a topic. Very few have the courage to search the scriptures for the truth, and then boldly stand on it regardless of what others may say.
We cannot trust anyone’s experiences above the truth of God’s Word. One person’s experiences will vary from the experiences someone else may have. We must hold our experiences up to the light of God’s Word, and God’s Word alone.
Our past teachings, opinions, or feelings may prevent us from considering the truth that God reveals in His Word. We cannot afford to reject the Word of God out of hand without ever considering the evidence revealed in the God-breathed Word.

Happy Father’s Day
Dearly beloved of God, happy Father’s Day. Since we have confessed Jesus as Lord and believed that God raised him from the dead we will be saved. We are born again of God's spirit.
God is our Father, and the spirit from God bears witness to our inner being that we are the children of God, and if children then heirs, heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ.
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us that we should be called the sons of God, and we are! Therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now we are the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him for we shall see him as he is.

The Gospel of God
Dearly beloved of God, the gospel of God concerning Jesus Christ our Lord is the gospel of the grace of God. That gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believes it.
The gospel of God concerning Jesus Christ proclaims the righteousness of God by the believing of Jesus Christ our Lord; he accomplished it and made it available to any and all who believe on him.
God determined that those who believe on him are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
This gospel begins by setting forth the grace of God towards us in Christ, and it sets forth the hope which is laid up for us in heaven in the word of the truth of the gospel.

Good Hope Through Grace
Dearly beloved of God, God has given the Church good hope through grace.
Romans 8:24 and 25
For we were saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
I Corinthians 15, and I Thessalonians 4 describe that for which we hope: we hope for the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to raise the dead in Christ, and to change those who are yet living, and together they will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air.
What occurs in the state of death, and the understanding of resurrection life are subjects beyond our human ability to comprehend without revelation knowledge from God.
Dearly beloved, every scripture in God’s Word attests that the dead are dead, not alive. Whether a sinner or a saint, the dead are dead.
The Old Testament believers are dead, and the New Testament believers are dead, and will remain as such until God sends His Son to raise them to life, give them glorious bodies like his glorious body, and eternal life.

Our Inheritance
Dearly beloved of God, what does our future look like? I am not talking about your retirement plan, or your long term financial outlook; I’m talking about something much more impactful. I’m talking about your future inheritance.
The Word of God reveals all there is to know about salvation, resurrection life, and the glory to come. All else is conjecture based on philosophy, myths, and the doctrines of men.
God raised His Son Jesus from the dead. He raised him from death unto life, and death no longer has dominion over him. He will never die again.
Jesus Christ was the first and only person to be raised from the state of death thus far, but because of his resurrection out from among the dead people others will follow when God gives him the command to raise them.
Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection out from among the dead is the cornerstone of Christianity. Nothing like this ever happened before. Jesus Christ is the firstfruits of them that sleep.

It is All in All
Dearly beloved of God, God our Father has blessed each and every one of us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm. God our Father has freely given us all things with His beloved Son. Rejoice!
Not one child of God is lacking a single spiritual blessing. If we lacked any of them God could not express it as “every,” and “all.” God our Father does not respect one of His children over any other.
Colossians 2:9 and 10 WT
For in him [Christ] dwells all the fullness of the divine nature bodily, and you are completely filled in him who is the head over every ruler and authority.

The Word and the Spirit
Dearly beloved of God, there is no truth outside of the Word of God. The light of God’s Word is the truth.
God instructs us to hold fast the form of sound words in believing and love which is in Christ Jesus. Those sound words are the gospel of God concerning Jesus Christ our Lord.
The first century Church lost this doctrine before the end of that century. How did this happen?
First, they turned away from the messenger who delivered the revelation of the mystery of God concerning Jesus Christ. Next, they erred concerning the truth, and then they resisted the truth. One step remained.
II Timothy 4:2- 4
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned to fables.

I Show You a Mystery
Dearly beloved of God, although you have not seen the Lord Jesus Christ, you love him. Believing on him whom you do not currently see, you are very glad with inexpressible and glorious joy, receiving in return the outcome of your believing, that is the salvation of your souls.
Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who prophesied of the grace that was to come to you, sought and searched diligently, searching for who or what sort of time the spirit that was in them did signify regarding Christ, when it testified beforehand about the sufferings of Christ and the matters of glory to follow after those sufferings.
It was revealed to them that they were ministering, not to themselves but to you, these things that have now been reported to you by those who proclaim the gospel to you by holy spirit sent from heaven, which things angels desire to stoop down and look into. See I Peter 1:7-12 WT

Glory or Wrath?
Dearly beloved of God, rejoice, it is Christ in you, the hope of glory! It does not say that it is Christ in you the hope of great tribulation and wrath, or Christ in you, the Day of the Lord is coming; it says that it is Christ in you, the hope of glory!
Since we have confessed Jesus as Lord and believed that God raised him from the dead we are saved; saved for eternal life; saved from the wrath to come; saved to be glorified with Christ as joint heirs and we will physically enter the Kingdom of God with him.
Let’s compare this reality to the previous administration of the law.
God gave the Law to Moses for Israel. The Law concerned Israel, and it was part of the old covenant that God made with them.
Jesus Christ came to fulfill the Law and the Prophets. The four gospels show us that Jesus Christ did fulfill them, as well as records in the Church Epistles.
If you read these records this will become clear. Matthew 2:11-15 and 5: 17 and 18; Galatians 2:19-20,21; 3:5-14 and 15-29; and 4:1-5:26; Romans 3: 19-26.
Romans 10:4
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believes.

There Can Only be One
Dearly beloved of God, God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the One True and Living God is light, not darkness. He only speaks the truth; He is not a liar like the adversary, the devil. He enlightens our eyes, not blinds people’s minds to the truth. He gives life; He does not take it away.
God gave us His Word to make His Will known to us. His Word is the truth, and it reveals what we are to believe.
If God’s people would believe the Word of God we would not have thousands of denominations in Christianity, we would have the Church, which is the body of Christ, living in practice.
The truth will make you free. The lies of the adversary lead to bondage and captivity.
Doctrine is teaching that sets the standard of truth so that we can believe what God would have us to believe. Read Romans 10:17. Wrong doctrine ensures that we believe wrongly.

The Greater Baptism
Dearly beloved of God, John the Baptist knew that Jesus Christ would baptize with the holy spirit. See John 1:29-33.
Before he ascended into heaven, Jesus Christ said that he would send the promise of the Father and baptize them with holy spirit. See Acts 1:4 and 5.
The Apostle Peter testified that that is what occurred on Pentecost. All twelve apostles were filled with the holy spirit and they spoke in tongues as God gave them the words to speak. Read Acts 2:1-4.
That day three thousand others were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, received the gift of holy spirit, and the remission of sins. See Acts 2:38, 41.
To be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ was made possible because of his accomplishments, and by his new position as both Lord and Christ. God made Jesus Lord of all in heaven and on earth, of the living and of the dead.
Due to his resurrection from the dead and his ascension, and seating at God’s right hand in the heavenly realm he is far above all in this age and in the comings ages. God made Christ the head of the Church, which is the body of Christ and filled all of the members of his body with all that he accomplished.

What a Choice
Dearly beloved of God, God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
There are two ends revealed in this verse: one is to perish, and the other is to have everlasting life.
To perish is to be utterly and finally ruined and destroyed. It is the fate of the sinner.
Everlasting life is the end for those who believe in God’s only begotten Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.
When a person confesses Jesus as Lord and believes that God raised him from the dead, he/she will be saved [see Romans 10:9.] When someone does this, he/she receives the gift of holy spirit, and is born again of the spirit from God, and enters the kingdom of God.
This is available to anyone because God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for them. A person is saved by the grace of God.

The Greatest Privilege
Dearly beloved of God, there is no greater privilege than being a child of the One True and Living God. Not only are you His child, you are an heir of God, and joint heir with Christ. As we suffer with Christ, so we will be glorified together with him when he returns to gather us up to him in the air.
There are two spiritual kingdoms: the Kingdom of God, and the kingdom of the so-called god of this evil age, Satan.
In the Kingdom of God, the Lord Jesus Christ is seated at God’s right hand as His second in command. Jesus Christ is Lord of all in heaven and earth. He is the mediator between God and man, and there is salvation in no other. He is Lord of the living and of the dead. He will subdue every enemy, and every knee will bow to him. God has committed all judgment unto him.

Has God Spoken to You Lately?
Dearly beloved of God, has God spoken to you lately? Of course He has. The question is do we listen to what He has to say?
As the heavens are higher than the earth, so God’s thoughts are higher than our thoughts. He reveals His thoughts to us in His Word. We should adjust our thinking to His way of thinking. This is the renewing of the mind.
We are to believe what God says we are to believe in His Word; that is the right way of believing, and our Father would have us to believe who we are in Christ.
God our Father says that He freely gives us all things with His Son. He united us with Christ as members of his body, and filled us with all in all of us. How united are we? We are as he is.

Our Delivering God
Dearly beloved of God, our God is a delivering God. He delivered Israel from their bondage in Egypt by His mighty power; it is unparalleled in history.
If this had happened today it would be in the news around the world. Put yourself in the shoes of those who lived through this short period of time.
First, there was the plague of turning the water into blood. It was followed by the plague of the frogs, then of the dust becoming lice, then the flies, then the cattle dying, then of the dust which brought boils, then very grievous hail, then of the locusts, then the plague of darkness for three days, and finally the death of all the firstborn in the land of Egypt.

Is It Really Possible to Know the Will of God?
Dearly beloved of God, do we wake up one morning to flashing lights and hear a voice that says, “Voomba, voomba . . . this is truth”? Of course not! To learn we must have a reference for truth outside of ourselves. This is true regardless of our field of study.
The things of God are spiritual matters. As with any other branch of learning, if we are to learn about them we will first have to determine what we will use as our source, our authority for truth.
When it comes to spiritual matters, will our reference be the teachings of theology, religion, history, tradition, archeology, philosophy, a scholar’s theory, opinion, denominational doctrine, personal experience, or parental guidance? The source we utilize as our reference will determine what we believe.
