Happy Father’s Day
Dearly beloved of God, happy Father’s Day. Since we have confessed Jesus as Lord and believed that God raised him from the dead we will be saved. We are born again of God's spirit.
God is our Father, and the spirit from God bears witness to our inner being that we are the children of God, and if children then heirs, heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ.
Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us that we should be called the sons of God, and we are! Therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now we are the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be, but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him for we shall see him as he is.
We were born again of incorruptible seed; born of the spirit that makes us sons of God. In fact, He sealed us with His spirit as the earnest of our inheritance against the day of redemption.
That gift of holy spirit gives us access to God as our Father, and He exhorts us to use it with boldness and confidence.
God our Father determined beforehand for Christ to made unto us wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. We have quite a privileged position in Christ as the sons of God.
In Christ we stand before God without any sense of sin, guilt, or condemnation. There is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. God our Father clothed us in his righteousness.
Dearly beloved, we are complete in Christ Jesus, completely filled with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm. The Father reconciled us in Christ, and He saved and redeemed us. He justified us in Christ, and He will glorify us with him.
Jesus Christ identified with us as human beings, and God our Father identified us with Christ in his accomplishments. Because he is beloved, so are we. Because he was highly favored, so are we.
When Jesus Christ died, we died to sin. When he was raised, we were raised with him. When he was made alive, we were made alive with him. When he ascended and sat down at the Father’s right hand, we were seated in the heavenlies in him. When he returns to gather us up unto him, we will not only be with him, we will be like him.
The Father will freely give us all things with His beloved Son; all things in the new birth, as well as all things concerning the hope of our inheritance. He determined beforehand that we were to be conformed to the image of His Son. We will acquire the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ!
Dearly beloved we are united with Christ in his accomplishments for us. We have all the rights, privileges, and ability of being born again of God’s spirit. It is all in all; we have all of them in all of us.
This Father’s Day give Him what He has long desired; Jesus Christ said that He desires to be worshipped in spirit and in truth. He gave us of His spirit so we could speak tenderly to Him as His dearly beloved, and highly favored children. We can speak to Him and say “Abba, Father.”
Dearly beloved of God, our Father has spoiled us as His children; let’s tell Him how much we love Him today; speak in tongues much and share divine secrets with Him.
