We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus on the basis of his good works so that we can walk in his accomplishments. We are members of the body of Christ, the fullness of him, and he filled all of us with all that he accomplished. In Christ we are completely filled. We have the gospel of the grace of God concerning Christ, and furthermore, God freely gives us all things with Christ!
It is Christ in you, the hope of glory! We were called to acquire the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. When Christ returns to gather us together up to him, we will be transformed to have glorious new bodies like Christ’s glorious body. The dead in Christ will be raised incorruptible, and if we are alive when he comes, we will be transformed to be immortal.
We are heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ, and we will be glorified with him. The suffering of this present time is not worth comparing to the glory that will be revealed to us; it will be a far more exceeding, heavy, eternal weight of glory.
We have eternal life, and an inheritance is laid up for us in the heavenly realm that does not fade away. In Christ we have an inheritance in the new heaven and the new earth, and God shall wipe away all our tears from our eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things will pass away. God will make all things new again!
Dearly beloved, it will take our Father the ages to come to show us the exceeding riches of His grace to us who are in Christ Jesus, and He will display these glorious riches to us with His loving kindness and tender mercies. We are His dearly beloved! Oh rejoice!!
