Think Like God Thinks About You

Dearly beloved of God, the revelation of the Scriptures of truth concerning the Lord Jesus Christ’s return for the Church was given for our comfort. God gave it to encourage us.

When the Lord returns for the church, both the dead in Christ and those who are yet alive will be received up in glory to meet the Lord in the air. From that point on we will be with the Lord. Rejoice and again I say rejoice!

The Lord Jesus Christ has the power to transform us when he comes so that we have glorious bodies like his glorious body.

Those who confess Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead will be saved. We have the victory our sin and death. We will receive the everlasting life which we are sealed for today by the gift of holy spirit.

We will no longer be equal to the common lot of human beings, as the children of God we will be equal to the angels! We will receive eternal life and death will no longer have any authority over us. When we see Christ in the air we will be like him!

God called us by believing His Word and the sanctification of the spirit to acquire the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. As members of the body of Christ we have an inheritance of glory. We are heirs of God and joint with Christ, dearly beloved. As we suffer together with him, we shall also be glorified together with him as heirs.

Dearly beloved, the sufferings of the present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us! It is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

God wants us to know the hope of His calling and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and the exceeding greatness of His power to us who believe.

God will exert the same exceeding great power for us that He energized in the Christ when He raised Christ from the dead and seated him at His right hand in the heavenly realm.

What He did for the Christ, He will do for us as members of his body. God made us alive together with Christ, He raised us up together with Christ, and He seated us in the heavenly realm in Christ Jesus so that in the ages to come He might display the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus as His dearly beloved children.

Dearly beloved, our Heavenly Father’s great love for us is why He showed us His rich mercy and His exceeding great grace.

If we would only believe His Word; believe His revelation to us of His great love for us, believe why He called us, believe what He has promised as our hope of glory, we would have no problem thinking of ourselves as He thinks of us.

The adversary hits us with everything he can to get us to doubt God’s love for us, and the good pleasure of His will concerning us. He works overtime to get us to think less of ourselves than our Father thinks of us.

The adversary wants you to think that what God says is too good to be true. He works to get you to question your salvation by His grace, to think you are not good enough to be what God says you are, that God doesn’t love you because of some sin, to condemn yourself, to think you are worthless, to think that you don’t have the power to overcome the obstacles you face, to doubt God’s sufficiency in your life, and to live in fear instead of believing what God says and living a peaceful life. He wants you to believe that your life is hopeless and your believing worthless.

The adversary is a liar; he is the father of lies; don’t believe him. He is the deceiver, the accuser of the brethren, the tempter, the hinderer, your adversary; don’t listen to him. He works to get us to conform to the world, and think like the ungodly. He leads people away from the One True God by his words. He steals, kills, and destroys so that we do not live an abundant life. Wake up! The battle is in the mind. Renew your thinking to believe what God says.

Our God delivered us from the power of darkness, and He gave us citizenship in the kingdom of His beloved Son; believe it.

God is not a liar like the adversary, and he does not deceive people with his words. God’s Word is true and faithful, and He is able and willing to perform the good pleasure of His will. He is the Almighty God that supplies, supports, defends, and delivers His people; this God is our Father.

Beloved, God sealed us for the day of redemption; He sealed us for salvation. His spirit that is born in us is the deposit, the earnest of our inheritance.

When you speak in tongues you have God’s proof that you are saved, that you have everlasting life, and that you have the inheritance God has promised. God’s spirit witnesses with your inner being that you are a child of God, His heirs, and joint heirs with Christ. He that speaks in an unknown tongue does not speak to men, but unto God. He speaks by the new birth spirit to his Father.

Dearly beloved, live in the comfort and encouragement of God’s Word. Christ is coming, and that day will be a day of rest, comfort, joy, and glory for us; God says so. It stands written in His Word and thus it shall be.

We have been delivered from the wrath of God. God has not appointed us to wrath with the ungodly, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, so that we can live together with him.

Be confident that He who began a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Dearly beloved, think like God thinks about you.
