Dearly Beloved 04/30/23 Quite an Association

Quite an Association
Dearly beloved of God, by Jesus Christ’s accomplishments we are the children of God. He gave his life for us so that we could be saved. All that we have as Christians is by the grace of God toward us in Christ Jesus.
Colossians 2:9 and 10
For in him [Christ Jesus the Lord] dwells all the fullness of the Godhead [the divine nature] bodily.
And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Dearly Beloved 04/29/23 The Hope of His Calling

The Hope of His Calling
Dearly beloved of God, according to Ephesians 3:2, we live in the times of the dispensation [oikonomia: administration] of the Grace of God.
The word “fellowship” is oikonomia in the Greek texts. The Administration of the Grace of God is the Administration of the Mystery. This period of time concerns the Church, which is the body of Christ [Ephesians 1:22 and 23].
The Church of the Grace of God is made of up of those who were formerly Judeans or Gentiles by their natural birth. In this administration of God’s justness, whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved [Romans 10:9-13].
None of the truths of the Mystery are found in the Four Gospel records; they are found in the Church Epistles. What had before been a mystery, hid in God, has now been revealed.

Dearly Beloved 04/28/23 Two Strategies

Two Strategies
Dearly beloved of God, your life is worth the wealth of the world to your Heavenly Father. The angels of God rejoice over one sinner that comes unto God through Jesus Christ. You are a pearl of great price to Him. You are dearly beloved by Him, and highly favored in His sight. You are a child of God!
We have the victory that overcomes the world because we believed in the Lord Jesus Christ. Who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God. We have eternal life because we believe in the Son of God.
Our adversary the devil is a liar. He would have us to believe that we are worthless, and that we are victims, not victors.
His strategy in this evil age deals with blinding the minds of those who do not believe so that they do not see the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

Dearly Beloved 04/27/23 The Blessings of Sonship

The Blessings of Sonship
Dearly beloved of God, God would have all men saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. The Lord Jesus Christ is able to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.
Anyone that confesses the Lord Jesus and believes that God raised him from the dead shall be saved.
God, Who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us, even when we were dead in sins, God made us alive together with Christ, by grace you are saved.
By grace we are saved by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that salvation is not of ourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works so that no one may boast. We are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus.

Dearly Beloved 04/24/23 The Deposit and The Inheritance

The Deposit and The Inheritance
Dearly beloved of God, if we are to walk with God our Father we must believe the revelation knowledge He has given to us concerning the new birth, and who He made us in Christ.
In the new birth we are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus. If a person is in Christ, meaning a Christian, he is a new creation. New things have come, and all of the new things are from God. There are more new things that are coming in the future.
Every Christian receives everything that every other Christian receives in the new birth. It is ALL, in ALL the members of the body of Christ. God freely gives us all things with Christ. We have the same sonship rights, privileges, ability, and inheritance that every other Christian has. It is all; all from the new birth to the gathering together to the ages to come.

Dearly Beloved 04/23/23 It Shall Be As God Has Spoken

It Shall Be As God Has Spoken
Dearly beloved of God, regardless of what is going on in the world around us, God our Father has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm.
The moment we confess Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead we are saved, and we have the hope of salvation. By his death we were justified, and we will never come into condemnation. By his life we have been delivered from the wrath to come.
God our Father delivered us from the reign of sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Since we have believed in the Lord Jesus Christ we are born again of the spirit from God. God is now our Father and we are His dearly beloved children. We are His heirs, and joint heirs with Christ. Nothing will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Dearly Beloved 04/22/23 It Makes Quite a Difference

It Makes Quite a Difference
Dearly beloved of God, when it comes to the things of God, where do we learn the truth about them? Who do we trust as our source for the truth?
If we want to learn about the things of God we must go to the source that God has given us for our believing - His Word. He is the source of all Scripture. The Word of God is God-breathed [II Timothy 3:16].
Who knows more about matters that God determined than He does?
The problem we encounter today concerning spiritual matters is that the truth of the Word of God has been tangled, or even replaced with doctrines espoused by religious council’s, their conferences, the traditions of men, and their man-made doctrines.
They baptize their man-made doctrines as “Christian.” Religionists replace the truth that came out of God’s mouth with lies that come out of their mouths.

Dearly Beloved 04/20/23 The Conflict and the Deliverance

The Conflict and the Deliverance
Dearly beloved of God, God made Jesus Christ, who knew no sin, to be sin for us so that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
Righteousness is the God-given justification whereby a person stands in the presence of God without any consciousness of sin, guilt, or shortcomings. We were made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
We were justified freely by God’s grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. There is no condemnation, no legal sentence against those who are in Christ Jesus; not now, not ever. We will never come into condemnation.

Dearly Beloved 04/19/23 It Is a Current Permanent Reality

It Is a Current Permanent Reality
Dearly beloved of God, the revelation of the Word of God concerning our justification could not be any plainer.
Romans 3:24-26
24 Being justified freely by His [God’s] grace through the redemption that is in Christ:
25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
God is just, and He is the Justifier of the one who believes in Jesus. The Lord Jesus Christ gave his life as the sacrifice for the sin of Adam to justify us from the condemnation of death it brought upon mankind.

Dearly Beloved 04/16/23 Church Unity

Church Unity
Dearly beloved of God, who came up with the idea of the Church? It was God’s idea. Who did He make the head of the Church? He made the Lord Jesus Christ the head of the Church. Just what is the Church? The Church is the body of Christ, the fulness of him that fills all in all according to Ephesians 1:22 and 23.
Too often people approach spiritual matters from the wrong angle. They start with their ideas, their decisions, their standards, their organizations, or their theology as a starting point, and then baptize it as Christianity. Whoa! Who determined these spiritual realities?
God sent His Son. He named him Jesus, and He made him both Lord and Christ. He even marked him out as His Son with power by resurrecting him from the dead. Jesus Christ is the only man to be resurrected from the dead, to ascend into the heavenly realm, and caused to sit at God’s right side. God determined his coming.

Dearly Beloved 04/15/23 All Christians

All Christians
Dearly beloved of God, the gospel of God concerning His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord is the foundation God has given for what we are to believe, and that gospel produces believing; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
Anyone can be saved by confessing the Lord Jesus, and believing that God raised him from the dead. At that moment they become a Christian. They receive the spirit of Christ in them.
All Christians are in Christ. All Christians are complete in him; completely filled with all that he accomplished.
All Christians are members of the body of Christ, the Church, and every member shares in his accomplishments whether male or female, Judean or Gentile, circumcised or uncircumcised, bond person or freeman. In this body Christ is all, and in all.

Dearly Beloved 04/13/23 Baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ

Baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ
Dearly beloved of God, God resurrected Jesus from the dead, and he dies no more! God marked out Jesus Christ our Lord as the Son of God with power by the resurrection of the dead.
What bearing does Jesus Christ’s resurrection from the dead have on us?
Romans 6: 3
Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
In the Christian religion today there are a number of different schools of thought concerning baptism. What does the Word of God reveal on the subject. God does not want us to be ignorant.

Dearly Beloved 04/11/23 Behind Closed Doors

Behind Closed Doors
Dearly beloved of God, after Jesus disappeared before their eyes, the two men on the road to Emmaus returned to Jerusalem and reported what occurred while Jesus ate with them.
Luke 24:33 and 34
And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them, Saying, The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
The two disciples returned to Jerusalem and they found the eleven gathered together with others. Thomas was not present according to John 20:24, so Judas Iscariot was there with them. The first time his absence is mentioned is the day of Jesus Christ’s ascension into heaven in Acts 1:11, 13, and following.
They heard reports that, “The lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.” He had first appeared to Mary very early that morning while it was yet dark.

Dearly Beloved 04/10/23 The Road to Emmaus

The Road to Emmaus
Dearly beloved of God, after the morning's events, later in the day Jesus appeared to two men on the Road to Emmaus.
Mark 16:12 and 13
After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country. And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.
The Lord Jesus Christ appeared “in another form,” means in a different form. His resurrected body could function in new dimensions after his resurrection from the dead. The gospel of Luke elaborates on this event.

Dearly Beloved 04/09/23 Witness of the Empty Clothes

Witnesses of the Empty Grave Clothes
Dearly beloved of God, the Word of God informs us of the details concerning our Lord Jesus Christ’s resurrection appearances. It reveals when, who, what, and where the events occurred if we will read what is written. Watch for the details each record supplies. The Scriptures build up to give us a picture of what occurred.
John 20:1
The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
This is the first record of the first witnesses to view the open sepulchre containing the empty mummy lying there in the shape of Jesus’ dead body.

Dearly Beloved 04/08/23 Up From the Grave He Arose

Up From the Grave He Arose
Dearly beloved of God, Jesus Christ died as our Passover lamb. The lamb was killed on the fourteenth of Nisan, and the Passover lamb was eaten that evening. It was the first meal of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
When was Jesus resurrected from the dead?
Matthew 28:1 Interlinear Greek- English New Testament, Berry

Dearly Beloved 04/07/23 He is Risen

He is Risen
Dearly beloved of God, God raised Jesus from the dead! He ascended into heaven, and God highly exalted him making him both Lord and Christ.
God gave him a name which is above every name. He made him Lord, both of the living and the dead. Every knee in heaven and on earth and in the grave will bow to him, and every tongue will confess Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
God seated him in the heavenly realm far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in the coming age.

Dearly Beloved 04/06/23 Jesus Christ our Passover Was Sacrificed for Us

Jesus Christ our Passover Was Sacrificed for Us
Dearly beloved of God, at his last supper with his disciples, Jesus Christ took bread and gave thanks and brake it, and gave to them saying, “This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of Me.” The bread symbolized his body and what he accomplished by his suffering and death.
Likewise also he took the cup, and said, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is shed for you.” The cup symbolized the shedding of his blood in order to ratify the new covenant.
The four gospel records show how Jesus Christ fulfilled God’s Will so that the new covenant could be ratified by his blood.
The epistles explain what he achieved by his accomplishments: his sufferings, his death, his resurrection out from among the dead, his ascension into the heavenly realm, and his seating at God’s right hand.

Dearly Beloved 04/04/23 Important Questions that Must Be Answered

Important Questions that Must Be Answered
Dearly beloved of God, to whom was Jesus Christ sent? What did God send him to accomplish? Why did God send him?
Romans 15:8
Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister to the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the Fathers:
God sent Jesus to Israel to confirm the promises God made with their Fathers.
Matthew 3:11
I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but He That cometh after me is mightier than I. Whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he [Jesus Christ] shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit [holy spirit] and with fire.

Dearly Beloved 04/02/23 The Mediator of the New Covenant

The Mediator of the New Covenant
Dearly beloved of God, Isaiah 42 reveals that God gave His servant, Jesus Christ, for a covenant of the People, and for a light to the Gentiles.
Under the old covenant that God made with Israel there were many sacrifices and offerings made. Under the new covenant that God made between Himself and Israel there is only one offering: the body of Jesus Christ.
Hebrews 10:9-18
9 Then said He, “Lo, I come to do Thy will, O God.” He taketh away the first [covenant], that He may establish the second [covenant].
10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering the same sacrifices which can never take away sins:
12 But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;
13 From henceforth expecting till His enemies be made His footstool.
