Dearly Beloved 10/23/22 "God is the Prime Mover"

God is the Prime Mover
Dearly beloved of God, what do we have that we have not received? God, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, freely gives us all things with His Son. What will He withhold from them that love Him? Nothing!
Everything that every Christian receives in the new birth is theirs by the grace of God. It is not of our works lest anyone should boast. We are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus on the basis of his good works.
God is the prime mover; not us. He gave His Word, and He sent His Son to save us.
Jesus Christ justified us from the sin of Adam and the death it brought upon mankind. He hung on the tree in our stead, and our sins were laid on him. The just one died in the place of the unjust. He is the Savior, and we are the saved.

Dearly Beloved 10/20/22 "We Have It All"

We Have It All
Dearly beloved of God, when I was a teen I asked one of my spiritual leaders, “How do you get saved?” He did not know, but he said that all who hunger and thirst after righteousness shall be filled. After asking God for an answer, a few short months later I learned the truth.
People have many different ideas about how to be saved. Some people believe you must confess the sinners prayer. Others believe you must do good works. Some believe you must be water baptized. Some believe that it requires a deep emotional experience, while others believe it is by being a good, moral person, while others believe it is by joining the right church, and on it goes. Very few know the truth about being saved.
What does God say?
Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Dearly Beloved 10/17/22 "No Word of God is Impossible"

No Word of God is Impossible
Dearly beloved of God, the odds against you may seem impossible to overcome, but the possibilities of deliverance from God your Father is greater than all the odds.
Fear not, you are not alone. God our Father is for us. He will never leave us, or forsake us. He is present, able, and willing to help you. Many before us have faced impossible odds, and overcame them by the power of God.
Moses and Israel were hedged in by the Egyptian army on one side and the Red Sea on the other, but God made a way through the sea by His almighty power. He is able and willing to make a way for you. He does not respect one person over another. He is willing to deliver all that believe Him according to His Word.

Dearly Beloved 10/16/22 "Rejoice!"

Rejoice!
Dearly beloved of God, rejoice! We have the absolute certainty of God’s Word that it shall be as He has spoken.
We have the proof of our salvation, of our sonship as the children of God, of our sonship rights and of the privileges of our sonship, and of our inheritance as heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ. Oh rejoice!
God our Father has freely given us all things with Christ; what good thing will He withhold from us? Our Father has truly shown us great grace! He has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm.
We are complete in Christ, who is the head of all principality and power. Rejoice!

Dearly Beloved 10/14/22 "Every Word of God"

Every Word of God
Dearly beloved of God, Jesus Christ said, “It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” He was referring to Deuteronomy 8:2,3.
All Scripture is God-breathed and it is profitable. Every word out of God’s Word is vital; it is as critical as food is to sustain us.
Had the Israelites not had God’s Word in the wilderness they would have perished, but God supplied them with manna from heaven six days a week during their forty year sojourn according to His Word.

Dearly Beloved 10/12/22 "Our Point of Contact with God"

Our Point of Contact with God
Dearly beloved of God, the right, correct, or proper way of believing comes by hearing the Word of God. He reveals the information that we are to believe. [Romans 10:17]
The Word of God effectually works in those who believe what God reveals we are to believe. [I Thessalonians 2:13]
The Word of God did not profit the Israelites during the forty years they wandered in the wilderness because they had an evil heart of unbelief. The Word preached did not profit them not mixed with believing in them that heard it. [Hebrews 4:2] By reading the records concerning the forty years in the wilderness this becomes plainly evident.
Believing the information that God reveals in His Word is our point of contact with God for deliverance.
It does not matter if it concerns His written Word, or whether it concerns His Word given to us in specific situations by revelation. Both are equally God’s Word whether written or spoken.

Dearly Beloved 10/10/22 "How to Receive the Things of God"

How to Receive the Things of God
Dearly beloved of God, does God favor one person over another? He reveals us in His Word that He is without partiality. What He has done for one He is willing to do for all.
What do we have to do to receive the things of God in our lives?
The Word of God reveals the will of God. If we are to receive anything from God we must go to His Word and find out what He has made available to us.
Once we know what is available from God, the next thing we must determine is what God requires of us to receive it. The how of receiving what God says is available to us is by believing what He says.

Dearly Beloved 10/08/22 "A New and Living Way"

A New and Living Way
Dearly beloved of God, it is Christ in you, the hope of glory! How could we ever get lulled to sleep, or distracted with such a certain glorious future reality before us?
Our hope in Christ enables us to stand fast in the grace that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. It acts as the rudder that steers our course in this life. We have this hope as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast.
Dearly beloved, God raised Jesus from the dead and he ascended into the heavens, God seated him at His right side, and God made that same Jesus both Lord and Christ.
Christ did not entered into the holy places made with hands, but into the true holy places, into heaven itself now to appear in the presence of God for us.

Dearly Beloved 10/06/22 "Our Identification with Christ"

Our Identification with Christ
Dearly beloved of God, every born again one is completely united with Christ in his redemptive accomplishments.
Romans 6 teaches us that we were crucified with Christ, we died with Christ, and we were buried with Christ.
Ephesians 2 informs us that were made alive with Christ, we were risen together with him, and we are seated together in the heavenly realm with him.
Romans 8, and Colossians 3 reveal that we will be glorified with Christ when he appears.
Jesus Christ became as we are so that we might be as he is. He became one with us so that we might be one with him in his accomplishments. He identified with us so that we might be identified with him in his accomplishments.
Before we were saved, we were previously united with Adam in the condemnation of his sin and the death he brought upon mankind. Now we are united with Christ in his victory over the sin and the death . Jesus Christ justified us, and he gave us spirit life.

Dearly Beloved 10/04/22 "Get to Know Him"

Get to Know Him
Dearly beloved of God, the Word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword. It can divide between soul and spirit, and between joints and marrow, and it is able to judge between the thoughts and the intentions of the heart. There is no created being that is hidden in God’s sight. Everything is naked and exposed in the eyes of Him with Whom we have to do.
People have little appreciated the Word of God, yet He has made so much available to us by it. The Word of God reveals God to us. It is where we get to know Him.
God’s grace and peace is multiplied to us through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord according as His divine power has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of Him that has called us by His own glory and virtue; whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises that by these we might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Dearly Beloved 10/02/22 "What Do You See?"

What Do You See?
Dearly beloved of God, we have but two choices: we can either look at things by our five senses, or we can look at them from God’s perspective. How can we see things from God’s viewpoint? We can see them by His Word and by His spirit.
II Corinthians 4:17 and 18
17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;
18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
We cannot see things from God's perspective if we go by our senses. For example, when God sent Samuel to ordain a new king He sent him to Jesse, and Samuel called him and his sons to the sacrifice. When they were come, Samuel looked on Jesse’s eldest son, Eliab, and said, “Surely the LORD’s anointed is before Him.”
