God is Who He Says He Is
Dearly beloved of God, our Heavenly Father is good, and His Will concerning us only reflects His nature. Who does God say He is?
God says He is the same today as He was yesterday, and He does not change. There is no variableness in Him. He does not have multi personalities. He is not schizophrenic. He is not for you one day, and then turn against you the next. He is not good one day, and evil the next.
God is light, and there is no darkness in Him, not even a shadow of turning. God is who He says He is, not who someone may say He is.
God is the One True and Living God, He is not some dumb idol who cannot deliver.
God is Spirit, and since we cannot see spirit, hear, smell, taste, or touch spirit, He revealed Himself to us in His Word by different names and titles that describe Him.
God sent His Son, Jesus Christ to declare who He is by the words he spoke, and the works he did. God anointed him with the holy spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him. He always did His Father’s Will.
Our Father is good, not evil. He is light, not darkness. His Word is the truth, not a lie. He is love, not hate. He forgives, not accuses. He comforts, not depresses. He is kind, not cruel. He delivers, not enslaves. He does not use us, He enables us. He is the God of peace, not strife. He is the God of deliverance, not captivity. He is the God of the hope in Christ, not the god of death and destruction.
God is the Almighty God Who has the resources to support, to defend, and to provide for our every need. He is the All Powerful God.
He is the LORD that is always present. He is the LORD that heals us, the LORD that forgives us, the LORD that sanctifies us, the LORD Who fights for us, the LORD Who prospers us, the LORD Who provides for us, He is the LORD our canopy, He is the LORD our righteousness, He is the LORD Who redeems us.
Our God is the God of Love.
He is the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort.
He is the God of Peace.
He is the God of all Grace.
He is the God of glory.
He is the God of the Hope.
This God is our God.
The God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ is God our Father.
He is the Blessor, and He blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm.
Dearly beloved of God, we can put our trust in Him because we know His name; we know who He says He is. His will is only good toward those who love Him, and it does not change.
He is accessible to us. He hears and answers our prayers. This God is God our Father.
The Living God is our Father; He is not the one we wrestle with in this life.
We are God's dearly beloved, and highly favored children. Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us that we should be called the sons of God; and so we are!
No disease is incurable for Him. No pit of depression is beyond His reach. There are no mental prison bars He cannot open. There are no financial holes that He cannot fill. There is no barren womb He cannot make alive. There is no heart that the touch of the Master’s hand cannot heal. There is no soul He cannot save. Beloved, nothing is too hard for Him. Go to Him.
Our Father is the fountain of living waters. He is our Delivering God, and He is near. He is at hand to deliver us, so do not limit Him.
We do not need to be afraid because He is for us. He will never leave us, nor forsake us. He is our Helper.
He works for our good in all things. Everything He blessed us with now, and in the coming ages was by the good pleasure of His Will, and by the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness to us in Christ Jesus. He is most certainly for us.

God our Father is Who He says He is. Take Him at His Word. Remember these things today when you pray to Him, dearly beloved of God.
