True Intel
Dearly beloved of God, God has revealed true intel to His children concerning the plan of the ages which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. Had the adversary, and those of his kingdom known what He had in mind, he would never have crucified the Lord Jesus Christ.
What do we know?
God put all things in subjection under the Lord Jesus Christ’s feet. He did not leave anything that was not put under him. “At the present time, however, we do not yet see “all things” subjected to him. Notwithstanding, we do see Jesus crowned with glory and honor, who was briefly made lower than the [spirit] messengers for the suffering of death so that he, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.” Hebrews 2:8b, 9
Jesus Christ was crucified, he died and was buried, but God raised him out from among the dead to die no more. The resurrection from the dead marks him out as the Son of God with power, and what a mark of demarcation that is! He is the first and only human being to be resurrected from the dead to die no more. This sets him apart from all others.
Forty days later he ascended into the heavenly realm, and God seated him at His right side.
Ten days later, on the Feast of Pentecost, Jesus sent the promise of the Father, which is the gift of holy spirit.
Since that time, anyone who confesses the Lord Jesus, and believes that God raised him from the dead shall be saved. They are sealed with the promised holy spirit. They are born again of the spirit from God, and that birth is of incorruptible seed. (To enter the Kingdom of God Jesus Christ said, “You must be born again.”) We have entered the kingdom of God by that birth, and when Christ returns we will physically enter it.
All who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ have become members of the Church, which is his body, and he fills all of the members with all that he accomplished for their redemption and salvation.
We are completely filled in Christ Jesus our Lord. The Father freely gives us all things with His Son. God the Father blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm! All the members of his body are as he is. Every member has all the rights, the privileges, the ability, and the inheritance that is theirs in Christ due to his accomplishments.
God made the Old Covenant with Israel, but the New Covenant He made in Christ concerns all people, whether they were a Judean or a Gentile by their natural birth. In Christ they have become one new man so making peace. They are now members of the body of Christ, which is the Church. They are fellow citizens with the saints, and they are the household of God.
In Christ, we are the children of God, His heirs, and joint heirs with Christ. It is now Christ in you, the hope of glory. All the members of the Church, which is the body of Christ will acquire the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. We will be glorified with him when he returns to gather us together! It will take the coming ages for the Father to show us the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus.
The period of time from the Feast of Pentecost following Jesus Christ’s resurrection from the dead, until the time that God will send His Son to gather us together up to meet him in the air is the Administration of the Grace of God, which was a mystery hid in God until He revealed it to the Apostle Paul.
The adversary did not know what God purposed and planned in the Christ until it was too late. God raised His Son from the dead. He made him both Lord and Christ. He made him Lord of all in heaven and on the earth and in the grave; He made him Lord of the living and the dead.
God seated him at His right hand in the heavenly realm far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in the age to come; and has put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the Church, which is his body, the fulness of him that fills all in all. God has enlightened all people regarding what is the administration of the mystery, (which has been hidden from the ages in God, Who created all things) so that through the Church the multifarious wisdom of God could now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realm in accordance with the purpose of the ages, which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. You now have all the intel you need to live as more than a conqueror through him that loved you.
The knowledge of the gospel of God concerning Christ is recorded in the epistles of Romans through II Thessalonians. It is no longer a mystery hidden in God; God has revealed it!
Read the Church epistles, and believe what is written. As you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him. All the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in the revelation of the mystery of God concerning Christ. You have the intel.
