The Good Pleasure of His Will
Dearly beloved of God, so few know the good, well pleasing, and perfect will of God concerning us. They have never been taught the good pleasure of our Father's Will, or that regardless of what we face in life He only works for our good. This is a shame.
What is His will concerning us? God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus Christ accomplished His Will. See Romans 10:9.
Jesus Christ accomplished the will of God in his death and resurrection from the dead. We share in his accomplishments as joint heirs with him.
We are born of the spirit from God, we are children, heirs, and joint-partakers with Christ, and it will take God our Father the ages to come to show us the exceeding riches of His grace in loving kindness and tender mercies in Christ Jesus. God is never against us, beloved.
It blessed our Father to bless us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm before we ever asked or did anything. It was His idea, and He accomplished it in Christ. We are His workmanship created in Christ Jesus.
He made us the righteous of God in Christ. We are seated in His presence without any sense of sin, guilt, or condemnation.
God our Father placed us directly before Him, in His sight, near him as holy and as blameless as the Lamb that died for us. In Christ He seated us in His very presence in the heavenly realm, and He gave us access by the spirit we received in the new birth so that we have access to His throne of grace to find His help when we need it.
He made us His dearly beloved children, fellowcitizens with the saints, and of His household of God. We are members of the Church, which is the body of Christ. We are God’s dwelling place by the spirit. We are citizens of heaven.
He redeemed us in Christ, and forgave us according to the riches of His grace, which He abounded to us. It was the good pleasure of His will to do it for us in Christ.
He cast our sins as far from you as the east is from the west; and as far as the deepest sea is from the highest mountain, and He remembers them no more! They are lost in His forgetfulness. There is no more condemnation for those who are in Christ.
He revealed His Will by His Word so we can understand the purpose of the ages by the good pleasure of His will! We are His inheritance beloved, we will absolutely obtain the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ: that's the good pleasure of His will!
God's people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge concerning His will for us. Why has no one taught them? God our Father does not want us ignorant, beloved.
God’s Will is for us to be saved, and be His beloved children. He wants us to live a long life, have good health, and prosper. He wants us to have all sufficiency in all things all the time.
God sent His Son so we could have life and have it more abundantly. He wants to answer our prayers, and deliver us when we are in need. Why don't His people know this?
Our adversary the devil is the one that obstructs us at every turn. He lies to us, and about us. He deceives the whole world, and plots against us to hurt us. He is the one who kills, steals, and destroys people.
There is no such thing as living without adversity in this world; deliverance is a matter of whether we trust the One True and Living God for His help, or we don’t.
If God is for us, who could be against us? He freely gives us all things with His Son. He stands for us, and makes us more than conquerors in Christ Jesus regardless of what the adversary throws at us. Turn to Him.
What is our part in all of this? He simply wants us to love Him with our whole heart, soul, mind, and strength, and take Him at His Word. Align your will with His Will, dearly beloved of God.
Our Father's will is only good towards us, both today and for all times. The good pleasure of His will shall be done!
