He Is Alive
Dearly beloved of God, the gospel of God concerning Jesus Christ our Lord concerns everything from the new birth to our inheritance in the kingdom of God.
After God raised Jesus out from among the dead people, he lived and ministered on earth for another 40 days, then he ascended into heaven and God seated him at His right side as both Lord and Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ is God’s second in command in the kingdom of God.
The Lord Jesus Christ is far above all; all in this age and in the coming ages. God made him the head of the Church, which is his body, and he filled all the members of his body with everything that he accomplished.
The old covenant of the law was replaced with the new covenant of the spirit. This is a covenant with individuals, not only the nation of Israel. All who confess Jesus as Lord and believes that God raised him from the dead is saved. They are born again of the spirit from God, born of incorruptible seed.
Having received the spirit of sonship the members of Christ’s body are sealed for eternal life and the inheritance as heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ. We will obtain the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Phase one and two are accomplished realities. Jesus Christ has paid for every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm, and they are ours in Christ! We are redeemed, saved, justified from sin, forgiven our sins, sanctified, holy and without blame before the Father, and we are highly favored in Christ Jesus. This is an accomplished reality.
Phase three will begin when the Lord Jesus Christ returns for the members of his body we will be glorified with him and reign with him forever. The Father will freely give us all things with His Beloved Son. Rejoice!
The Lord will raise the dead in Christ, and transform these mortal bodies to be like his glorious body. We will receive the inheritance, and eternal life. He will save us from the wrath to come in the Lord’s Day. We will each stand before the judgment seat of Christ and then each child of God will receive praise from him. It will take the Father the coming ages to display the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness to us in Christ Jesus. Rejoice!
The Lord Jesus Christ is alive forevermore, and he has more work to do. In phase four, after he shall have come to be glorified among the members of his body, the Church, and we are gathered together up to meet him in the air, the Lord’s Day will begin on earth. It will be a period of judgment for the ungodly and unrighteous people of the earth
The Lord Jesus Christ will return to the earth and reign as King of kings, and Lord of lords until every enemy is subdued, all judgment is complete, and all resurrections have been carried out. The last enemy to be destroyed is death. Then, dearly beloved, God will make all things new again.
Faint not, dearly beloved, he is coming! It is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Romans 15:13
Now the God of the hope fill you with all joy and peace in the right way of believing so that you may abound in the hope through the power from the Holy Spirit.
Rejoice forevermore. As Christ received us to the glory of God, so receive one another. The kingdom of God is in righteousness, and peace, and joy in the gift of holy spirit. He that in these things serves Christ is well pleasing to the Father and approved of men.
Let us therefore pursue the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify one another. He is coming; make it a point of honor as the beloved of God to do those things that please Him, and love one another.
The Lord Jesus Christ is alive and well, and his work is not yet done. He will continue to accomplish the good pleasure of His Father’s will in accordance with the purpose of the ages that He has purposed in the Christ.
Rejoice, and again I say rejoice! He is coming!
