We Have the Proof
Dearly beloved of God, we have the proof! We have the proof that we are the children of God, heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ; the proof that the sufferings of this world are temporary and that they do not compare to the glory that will be revealed to us!
Romans 8:16 and 17 WT
The spirit itself bears witness with our own spirit that we are the children of God,
and since we are children, then we are heirs also: first of all heirs of God and secondly joint heirs with Christ, so that if we do suffer together, we shall also be glorified together as heirs.
Read Acts 1 and 2, and you will see that we have the God-given proof that He raised Jesus from the dead. We have the proof that Jesus Christ sent the promise of the Father. We have the proof that we are justified, and we have the remission of sins. We have the proof that we received the gift from the Holy Spirit.
We have the proof that it is Christ in you, the hope of glory, and that we will obtain the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ when he returns. Faint not! We have the proof.
It is not just any proof; it is the God-given proof explained from the lips of God our Father Himself.
Dearly beloved, we were born again of the spirit from God, and we can now manifest it as the twelve apostles did on the Feast of Pentecost; as the about three thousand souls who were saved that day and manifested the proof; as the believers in the records in Acts did when they were born again; as the Gentiles did when they were born again at Cornelius’ house. We have the God-given proof, and it is undeniable!
When a person confesses Jesus as Lord and believes that God raised him from the dead they are saved, born-again of the spirit from God, and have the ability to manifest the God-given proof; they can speak in tongues the wonderful works of God and glorify Him.
Every child of God can manifest the divine language of the spirit because the spirit from God is born in them. No one can really say that Jesus is Lord, except by speaking by the holy spirit. How does the Word of God define that?
I Corinthians 12:11 WT
In fact, he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, because no one understands what he hears himself speaking. By the spirit, he is speaking mysteries.
He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself; he is building himself up spiritually. You do not have to wait until Christ returns to find out if you are saved; you will know the second you speak in tongues the wonderful works of God, and glorify Him.
The love of God was shed abroad in our hearts by the holy spirit which was given unto us, and we can manifest it and know that we know that we know that we are children of God, we are heaven bound, and all hell can’t stop us from going! Rejoice and give thanks to God for His unspeakable gift.
Rejoice, and worship God in spirit and in truth because the Father seeks such to worship Him.
Dearly beloved, “we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.”
We have the proof; it is Christ in you, the hope of glory and whenever you speak in the divine language of your Heavenly Father, you are manifesting the God-given proof that you are a child of God, an heir of God, a joint-heir with Christ, and that he is coming! His spirit is witnessing to your inner being that God is your Father and you are His dearly beloved child.
Rejoice forevermore, dearly beloved.
