The Mystery of His Will Revealed
Dearly beloved of God, we should thank God for His goodness to reveal His Will to us in writing.
We would never know the truths concerning the mystery of God concerning Christ had He not revealed them to us in His Word.
Ephesians 3:2-6 WTJ
2 If in fact you have heard about the administration of the grace of God that was given unto me for you
3 (namely that by revelation the mystery was made known to me even as I briefly wrote previously),
4 then you are able by reading to grasp my understanding in the mystery pertaining to Christ.
5 In other generations, it was not made known to the sons of men as it has now been revealed to his holy [sanctified] apostles and prophets by the Spirit,
6 namely, that the Gentiles should be joint heirs and joint members of the same body and joint partakers of the promise [what was promised] in Christ Jesus by the gospel.
Colossians 1:27
To whom [the Church] God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Colossians 2:2 and 3 WTJ
2 so that their hearts may be encouraged, united in love, even unto all riches of the complete certainty of understanding, unto the knowledge [acknowledgment] of the mystery of God concerning Christ,
3 in which all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.
Colossians 2:10
And ye are complete in Him [Christ Jesus the Lord], Which is the head of all principality and power:
Colossians 3:1
When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
Dearly beloved of God, we would never have known these truths without the without the revelation of the mystery concerning Christ, which reveals what his accomplishments mean to us.
There are so many other truths that are ours in Christ Jesus our Lord such as, we have peace with God through Christ.
We are freely justified by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
We have access into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
God will freely give us all things with Christ.
God our Father has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm.
Nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God chose us in Christ to be holy and without blame before Him.
In love, He determined beforehand for us to have sonship to Himself through Jesus Christ in accordance with the good pleasure of His will.
In Christ we are sealed with the promised holy spirit for the inheritance.
Through Christ Jesus we have access to the Father by one spirit.
If anyone does not have the spirit, that is to say Christ, then he does not belong to him, but since Christ dwells in you, then the body [old nature] is indeed dead because of sin, but the spirit is life because of justness.
We can pray in the name of Jesus Christ, and we can pray in spirit.
This is the confidence that we have in God our Father, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us: and if we know that He hear us whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions we desired of Him.
We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus our Lord.
God’s grace reigns through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.
We are joint heirs with Christ and we will be glorified together with him.
God called us by means of the gospel to the acquisition of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
When God reveals that in mystery concerning Christ are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge He was not kidding! These are but a sampling of what is ours in Christ Jesus.
Go to His Word and read them for yourself. The mystery concerning Christ Jesus our Lord has been revealed!
