The Trial of Our Believing

Dearly beloved, God is with you right now; you are not alone, and He is for you, not against you. God’s presence and power are in you and He is always with you; our Father will never leave you alone. He said so Himself!

One of the names He used to reveal Himself was “the Lord is present.” Today He reveals that we are His habitation by the spirit. We are born of His spirit and He is always present.

In Christ Jesus, He gave us unlimited access to Him by His spirit and He encourages us to use it with boldness and confidence. We have a standing invitation before the Throne of Grace that we might receive mercy and grace to help in our time of need.

He is not far off, He is near at hand to deliver us. We need to keep our heads on straight, believe what He says, and not be led astray by thoughts and feelings that are contrary, or by someone else’s words, or by our circumstances.

Beloved, He is able and willing to perform His Word and Will. Our part is to believe it. We ought to observe His presence and His provision in our lives. Only He can make a way where there is no way.

It was His idea to send His Son to save us, and He says that He freely gives us all things with Christ. There is no more condemnation to those who stand before Him in Christ, and nothing can separate us from His love for us in him. Don’t believe otherwise.

Attacks on your life do not mean you are screwed up; just the opposite is true.

The adversary is the tempter, not our Father. We may face manifold temptations (the adversary's attempts to get us to doubt God’s sufficiency), but through believing we are kept and protected by the power of God unto salvation which will soon be revealed.

When we face various temptations, know that the proving of our believing works patience.

The trial of our believing, even though grievous at times, is much more valuable than the proving of gold, but there is a day coming that it might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ. We will receive the outcome of our believing, even the salvation of our souls.

Blessed is the man that patiently endures temptation, for when he has been proved, he will receive the crown of life that Lord promises to them that love Him.

Until then beloved, gird up the loins of your mind; frame your thinking with His thoughts and believe who you are in Christ.

In Christ we stand in the grace of God; it surrounds us like a fence, and His grace is sufficient for us, for His power is perfectly accomplished in weakness. Therefore, beloved, gladly boast in your weaknesses so that the power of Christ may rest upon you. You may be weak, but the power of Christ makes you powerful. Deal with hardships according to the power of God. You can do all things through Christ who empowers you.
