Hidden No Longer

Dearly beloved, our Father has allowed us to see things never before seen by either spirit or man. He has opened the eyes of our understanding and revealed that which before was hidden in Himself.

He has shown us things that many prophets and righteous men have desired to see and hear, but did not. Had the adversary and his minions known the mystery, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory; but as it is written, “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.”

While others would not listen, or have eyes to see because the god of this world has blinded their minds so that they do not see the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, God, Who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

When you heard, you believed it, and God illuminated the eyes of your heart so you could see and understand His knowledge concerning the mystery of Christ. Such grace!

Beloved, we are joint-heirs, members of a joint-body, and joint-partakers of the promise in Christ by the gospel! The Lord Jesus made peace between the Judeans and the Gentiles and between God and us. He made those who were previously far away, near. He annihilated all the barriers by fulfilling God’s Word to make of the two groups of people, one new man, so making peace. He reconciled both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity in himself.

Beloved, through Christ Jesus we both have access by one spirit unto the Father. Now we are joint-citizens, saints, and of the household of God. In fact, we are being built together for an habitation of God in the spirit.

Oh beloved, rejoice and give thanks to God for what He has done for us in Christ Jesus our Lord. May we open our eyes and behold the glory of the Lord when we look at ourselves.

I pray you see your completeness in him, that God created you in Christ Jesus as His workmanship, your seating with Christ, your identification with him, and the glorious realities that our Father achieved in His Son on our behalf. All of it was the good pleasure of His will for us.

Open your eyes and behold the glory of the Lord, beloved.
