Love Yourself

Dearly loved ones, it is indeed wonderful to have a body that has so many different functions, isn’t it? We have a brain, a heart, hands and feet, vital organs, and so much more. Every part of it works together so we can function in so many different ways.

The body of Christ is like this. We have many different functions in one body, yet they all work to produce different profits.

As we care for our human body, feeding it, bathing it, exercising it, resting it, educating it, etc., we can care for the various members of our spiritual body.

We should have the same care for one another; the same care. In fact, we should be distracted by the needs that we notice in one another’s lives. We have the spirit of God and the Word of God that enable us and educate us so we can provide for the needs of the members of the body in particular.

Just think we how we can serve one another in love. We can speak edifying, kind, gentle, tender words that are healing. We can pray for one another. We have the nine manifestations that we can utilize to bring godly profit to those in need. We can give such as we have so that others are blessed. We can witness, teach, and minister as there are needs. In short, we can walk in the love of God as we renew our minds and manifest it to others.

All we have to do is put ourselves in the shoes of the person in need and say, “Father, what should I do?” Love not in word only, but in deed and in truth. When you love the members, you are loving yourself. It takes a healthy body to produce at peak performance, beloved. Just think of all we can do for one another as members in particular. What a wonderful world it would be if we all had the same care for one another.
