Since we have confessed Jesus as Lord and believed that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved. Our Heavenly Father has given us the spirit of sonship as a down payment and guarantee; He sealed us with it for this purpose. When Christ Jesus our Lord returns for us we will receive the complete reality. We have the Word of the Lord on it!

“The Lord himself will descend from heaven with a summoning shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who remain alive will be snatched up together with them in the clouds to meet the lord in the air, and so shall we always be with the lord.” The Working Translation, Rev. W. Cummins.

"God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him!!"

Beloved, comfort one another with these words. Until then we may live in this evil world, but we are not of it. Behold, right now today we are the sons of God. When Christ Jesus our Lord returns we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. Oh, what a glorious day it will be!!

Until then, we should live for our Lord. “Does our walk glorify him?” should be our quest. If it is, living the love of God as we renew our thinking to agree with his will be the outcome of it.

We are going home! Our citizenship is in heaven, beloved, the place we look for our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. The end of all strife, pain, hurt, bondage, sorrow, sickness, and death is near at hand, beloved. Rejoice!! Christ is coming for us, and we are more than conquerors through him that loves us!!!
