The new birth did not change how we think; we do that. Our Father exhorts us to think as Christ Jesus thought, in light of God’s Word and will. He always did his Father’s will; he did those things that pleased Him. We align our thinking with the holy spirit which is at work in us so that we might please Him.

As we believe who we are in Christ and renew our minds to that reality, it will transform us in practice so that we may prove the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God in our lives.

We are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus, complete in him, blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm in Christ Jesus, filled with all in all of us, having the hope of acquiring the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ: that’s the good pleasure of His will concerning us, His dearly beloved. Believe it and walk in this newness of spirit life.

As an earthly father wants to love, to care for, to guide, and to protect his children, the Heavenly Father certainly wants nothing less for His children. We are truly His dearly beloved and He will never leave us or forsake us; He cares for us!

The joy in an earthly family depends on their love and fellowship with one another. The same is true in our spiritual family. He loves us with a great love, and He desires that we love Him with all our heart.

God works in us to will and to do of His good pleasure. The work of the spirit born within us will always direct our hearts unto Him, dearly beloved.

Walk in the newness of life He gave us in Christ and enjoy His love, joy, and peace, dearly beloved. He will lead and guide you, and give you the answers you need; He is your Father.
