New Things Have Come

Dearly beloved of God, new things have come, and all the new things are of God. We are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus. God invited all men to receive these new things, but not all have taken Him up on the offer; you have!

Now, in Christ and by his accomplishments, we are justified from the condemnation of sin, we have peace with God, we have access into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of receiving the glory of God. He gave us the promise of the holy spirit. He reconciled us and delivered us from the wrath to come.

In Christ, you are a member of his body and he fills each member with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm. We have all in all of us.

As members of his body we are set apart (sanctified) as saints, holy ones. We stand before God in Christ as holy and without blame. He forgave us in Christ by the riches of His grace. Now we are truly His dearly beloved ones.

Yes, new things have come, and they are better things. Now we have a better covenant bases on better promises. Jesus Christ was a better sacrifice, he achieved better things, a brought in a better hope, and we now have a better resurrection. We have a better and enduring substance laid up for us in heaven.

Beloved, Jesus Christ fulfilled the old covenant of the law. He is the mediator of a new covenant, that of the spirit. The old covenant couldn’t give life, but the new covenant does. It gives life and freedom from sin and condemnation.

God made us His children by the spirit of sonship. He is our Father. Now we are heirs, heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ.

Beloved, God called us in Christ and we will obtain the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. It will take the Father the ages to come to demonstrate the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness to us in Christ.

Today we live in the glory of the new birth reality, but when Christ returns to gather us together we will receive the glory of the perfect man unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. What began with the new birth will reach the purpose of our high calling in Christ that God had in mind when he planned it. The Lord Jesus Christ will transform our bodies to be like his glorious body according to the working whereby he is able to subdue all things unto himself.

Rejoice, and be thankful, dearly beloved, he is coming! I reckon that the things we go through today are not worthy to compare with the glory that shall be revealed in us!

Be strong and of a good courage until then. Believe who you are in Christ.

The Lord gave his disciples a new commandment: to love one another as he loved them. Walk in love, the love of God in the renewed mind in manifestation to others, dear ones.
