He Will Fulfill It All

Dearly beloved of the Lord, the Son of God was manifested that he might destroy the works of the devil. His work will not be complete until he has fulfilled every jot and tittle of the Word and Will of God.

Jesus Christ fulfilled the Law for God’s justness for everyone who believes on him. He finished his earthly work of redemption and salvation. If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Is this the end of the matter?

No, Christ must yet redeem the dead in Christ from the grave and after that we who remain alive will be snatched up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. He is coming back for us, that where he is we may be also.

The Lord will transform these bodies of humiliation to be like his glorious body by the power he has to subdue all things to himself. From that time forward we will ever be with the Lord, but is that the last Word of the Will of God he will yet fulfill?

No, we know accurately from the revelation of the Word of God that AFTER the Church has been snatched up into glory and removed from the earth, the judgment of the Lord’s Day will begin to unfold.

After Christ shall have come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe, the judgments of the Day of the Lord period will begin, and the wrath of God will be poured out on the earth. We will be at rest with the Lord when this begins. We have been delivered from the wrath to come. Will that be the end of all things Christ will fulfill?

No, the Lord will return from heaven with his messengers of power (which may not only include spirit beings, but also may include those who will have been gathered together by that time) and will give vengeance against them who do not know God and who do not obey the gospel regarding our Lord Jesus.

The Lord Christ Jesus will destroy the man of sin, the son of perdition, and his army. The Lord will destroy him with the words out of his mouth. He will destroy him whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and false wonders and with every deception of unrighteousness in them that will perish because they did not accept the love of the truth so that they might be saved. Will that fulfill all of God’s Word and Will?

No, Christ must reign on the earth as the King of kings and Lord of lords until every enemy has been subdued and every knee has bowed. He will execute the resurrection of those who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus and for the Word of God and who did not worship the beast and they will reign with Christ a 1,000 years.

When the 1,000 years are expired, Satan will be loosed from his prison and will deceive the nations once again, but “the devil who deceived them will be cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.”

At the end of his reign the Lord will execute the resurrection of the just and the unjust by the power and authority God has given him over every grave. He is Lord both of the dead and living. He will carry out all judgment that the Father has committed unto him.

Since by man came death, the resurrection of the dead will be by man, the Lord Jesus Christ. As in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive, but each in his own order: Christ, the first fruit offering, then at his coming, those who are Christ’s.

He will fulfill all things and he will put down all rule and authority and power for he must reign until he has put all enemies under his feet; the last enemy that will be destroyed is death.

God put all things in subjection under Christ’s feet, everything except He Himself. When all things have been put in subjection under him, then the Son himself will be subject under God, Who put all things in subjection under him so that God may be all in all.

Then, dearly beloved, God will make all things new again. This heaven and earth will pass away, but there will be a new heaven and new earth! God will dwell with His people there and will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death nor mourning nor crying, nor anymore pain. The former things will have passed away.

Beyond that is eternity dearly beloved, and we will be glorified together with Christ and live together in the presence of our Father in His love and kindness towards us in Christ forever.

God pronounced the serpent’s sentence when He said, “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed [Christ]; It [Christ] shall bruise your head, and you will bruise his heel.” Genesis 3:15

The seed of the woman has come. .

“And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favor with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.” Luke 1:30-33

The Lord Jesus Christ will bruise the serpent's head. He will destroy the works of the devil, dearly beloved, all of them. He will fulfill all of His Father’s will, and of his reign there will be no end.

Thank God for His great grace and mercy to us in Christ. He called us to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ! Rejoice and give God thanks for how He has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm now and throughout eternity!

We will obtain the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. It will take our Father the ages to come to display the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. Rejoice forevermore, dearly beloved!
