Dearly Beloved

What Is the Issue?

Dearly beloved of God, God was not any better to Abraham, Moses, David, or anyone else than He is to you. He does not favor one person above another. The issue is not of God respect one person over another, the issue is our believing of God.

Dearly beloved, Jesus Christ said, “He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also, and greater works than these shall he do because I go unto my Father.” Does that sound like he is a respecter of persons?

Who did he say shall do these works? Those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.

What shall they do? The works the Lord Jesus Christ did and greater.

When shall they do them? After the Lord Jesus Christ goes to the Father and makes it available, and he has!

The difference in the lives of the people we read of in the Word of God and us today lies in the believing of God’s Word, and our willingness to walk with God.

God is not a respecter of persons, but of believing. He highly favors those who take Him at His Word.

We are to walk by believing, by believing God at His Word, not by sight. Without believing it is impossible to please God.

Believing is the substance, the title deed of things that we hope for but do not see when our believing is founded on what God says. Our responsibility is to become Word conditioned to the end we believe what God says and boldly walk out on it.

The saints mentioned in Hebrews 11 believed what God said in spite of the circumstances that surrounded them. They were willing to walk with God by believing what He said even though they did not receive the promises during their lifetimes. God is not ashamed to be called their God.

When the Lord Jesus Christ returns they will receive the promises God made to them; he will fulfill all things that remain to be fulfilled concerning the will of God.

There is no better way of learning how to operate the spirit of God in our lives than to study the records He provided in His Word so that we could learn from them. Experiences are no guarantee for truth; His Word is.

God is our Father and He wants us to profit by the manifestations of the spirit; that’s why He gave them to us.

Dearly beloved, we are completely, completely, completely complete in Christ Jesus our Lord. Jesus Christ was made a life giving spirit, Christ in you, the hope of glory! We are filled with all the fullness of God. Walk in this marvelous reality with believing boldness as the son of God you are.

We are the sons of God and we have received power from on high. It was freely given to us with Christ. God made us able ministers of the new covenant by the new birth spirit. The new covenant gives life, eternal life to anyone who believes Romans 10:9.

We have the ability and the ministry of the spirit, and it is God’s will that we minister reconciliation and deliverance to those in need. Freely we have received, freely give, dearly beloved.
