Therefore, being justified by believing in him, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. By believing regarding the Lord Jesus Christ we have access into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of receiving the glory of God.

Peace with God, access into this grace wherein we stand, and our hope of receiving the glory of God are realities accomplished by the Lord Jesus Christ. Our only part was to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and what he accomplished.

The only way we can experience this spiritual reality in our walks is to be spiritually minded and think as God says to think. To think this way is life and peace. You can look at Christ or at your flesh.

If we look at ourselves, at our weaknesses and shortcomings, and the disappointment we are in the flesh, we will be miserable.

If we look at other people’s weaknesses, and the disappointment they are to us, it will only discourage us.

There is no good thing in the flesh. None of us are without sin, so instead of judging by the flesh, forgive one another as God forgave us in Christ.

Beloved, if we want to enjoy the peace that Christ made, we must continue to look at him and believe what he accomplished. There is no perfection in any other.

I know that we don’t always do what we want to do because of the indwelling sin in our old nature. Thank God that the Lord Jesus justified us from its guilt, the condemnation, and its reign over us.

There is more deliverance coming. We have not yet been delivered from the presence of sin in our mortal bodies. This will occur when Christ returns and changes our humiliated body, so that it is fashioned like his glorious body. We will no longer struggle against sin then. Hang in there beloved; new bodies with better brains are coming.

Until then we experience the conflict between the flesh and the spirit. With the mind, we serve the law of God after the inward man, that of spirit, but with the flesh, the law of sin.

We are God’s beloved. We have peace with Him through our Lord Jesus Christ. In Christ, we have access into this grace wherein we stand, and we boast in the hope of acquiring the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ. All is of Christ, not us beloved.

Until we see him face to face and we are as he is, love one another. Love covers a multitude of sins. The love of God enables us to love ourselves and others, despite the flesh and its baggage.
