It is a Matter of Opinion
Dearly beloved of God, I am amazed at how loving the Creator of the heavens and the earth is to the people of this world.
God is Spirit, and He gave us His Word so that we could know Him and the matters that He determined. He also sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to declare Him.
At times I run into people who say, “Yes, but…there are so many different interpretations of the Bible. What you are saying is just your opinion.”

The Cure
Dearly beloved of God, the most powerful force in the world is the power of God’s love. It has the power to save to the uttermost, to heal a shattered life, and when people lack that love it dries up the bones.
The love of God is manifested is so many ways, but its force is always felt in the heart. When God’s love touches us, it is the receiving of life itself.
Beloved, the heart of man is sick, but God sent His Word and healed them.

Hold your horses! Before one makes such a bold statement, perhaps we should consult what the One True and Living God reveals in His Word about the subject. After all, He is the only authority on the subject

Set Your Affection on Things Above
Dearly beloved of God, what we live for determines how we live.
If we live for the things of this world, we can only have what the world offers.
When you turn on “the news,” don’t be shocked with what you hear, it is the world. The world is a Peyton Place.
If we live with our hope in Christ in mind, we will live with the glories of eternity ever before our eyes.

Is God Good for His Word?
Dearly beloved of God, I have a question for you; how reliable is the Word of God? Is God good for His Word?
God Himself guarantees His Word. It is His Word, and it cannot be broken.
God is both able and He is willing to perform every jot and tittle of His Word. He is the guarantor of every word that comes out of His mouth.
He stands behind His Word with His almighty power to perform it.

How Does God Communicate?
Dearly beloved of God, “God is Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24
God is Spirit, not flesh and blood. He is supernatural, not a human being. He is above the natural realm.
You cannot see, hear, smell, taste, or touch spirit. You can only see the effect or manifestation of spirit in the realm of the five senses.
How then do we learn about the spiritual realm?

Profit Galore
Dearly beloved of God, God our Father speaks to us in His written Word, and by the spirit we received from Him in the new birth. Both provide us with profit galore.
I Peter 1:2-4
2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 according as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
Since God has given us “all things that pertain unto life and godliness,” and “exceeding great and precious promises,” though the knowledge of His Word, it just makes sense that we ought to search the scriptures to learn about them.

Approaching God
Dearly beloved of God, what did God in Christ accomplish for His people? He accomplished amazing access to Him. Now all the children of God have access by one spirit to the Father.
Acts 2:38 ESV
38 And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of [from] the Holy Spirit.
Those Judeans present on the Feast of Pentecost were the first to receive the promise of the Father. According to Acts 1:4 and 5, the Lord Jesus Christ said they would be baptized with the holy spirit.

God Determined Beforehand
Dearly beloved of God, since God is love and He does not change, let's consider the things that He determined beforehand for our glory.
Let’s consider the Greek word, “proorizo,” which means to set the bounds, determine, decree or ordain beforehand.
Acts 4:28
For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before [proorizo] to be done.
“Proorizo” is translated as “determined before.”

Behold the Manner of Love
Dearly beloved of God, if God had not had His Will recorded, we would not know what He had in mind concerning us; but He did so that we can now know His Will.
I John 3:1, 2
1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.
The word “Behold” signals us that what follows is extremely important. God our Father wants us to know the way in which He loves us.
