Dearly Beloved

Blessed Assurance
Dearly beloved of God, “now believing is the assurance concerning those things that are in hope as if they had in fact happened, and the evidence of those things that are not seen.” (the Aramaic Peshitta of Hebrews 11:1)
Those who are mentioned in Hebrews 11 based their lives on the Word of God. They believed it, and their hope was founded on the information God revealed to them.
They received a good report from God because they believed God’s promise. They all died believing God’s promise, but they saw it afar off, and were persuaded of it, and embraced it, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims while they lived on earth.
Those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a true homeland. They longed for a better homeland, that is a heavenly one. Wherefore, God is not ashamed to called their God. He has prepared for them a city.
Dearly beloved, our hope is in Christ. Believing the information God reveals to us in the Scriptures is the foundation upon which we base our hope, the same as those faithful witnesses that lived before us.
The just shall live by believing. God justified us in Christ and by his accomplishments. When He sends His Son to gather us together we will be glorified together with him. God called us to obtain the glory of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our hope in Christ is as certain as that you are reading these words. Live in the certainty of that hope. It is reserved for us in heaven, and it will not fade away! Live as it becomes saints, rejoicing in the hope of receiving the glory of God.
Our light affliction, which is but for a moment will produce for us a far more exceeding and eternal heavy weight of glory! So, don’t focus on the fleeting afflictions of the moment, but on the certainty of the hope that we do not see as yet. While we have life, walk with God our Father believing His Word.
Dearly beloved, we have already been justified in Christ by his accomplishments. We will never again come into condemnation. Much more, being justified now by his blood, we shall be saved from the wrath to come by his life.
When we meet the Lord Jesus Christ in the air, we will be glorified together with him. Thank God for the exceeding riches of His grace that He has shown us in Christ Jesus our Lord. What began for the Church in grace will conclude with the exceeding riches of God’s grace to us in Christ Jesus. We boast in hope of the glory of God!
Our hope is to be received up in glory. It is to be called on high. Our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also patiently wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. He will change our mortal, corruptible bodies so that they may be fashioned like unto his own glorious body at his coming.
The Lord Jesus Christ himself will descend from heaven with a summoning shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then, those who remain alive will be snatched up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so shall we always be with the Lord.
Rejoice forevermore, dearly beloved, Christ is coming, and it will take our Father the ages to come to display the exceeding riches of His grace in kindness to us in Christ.
Dearly beloved of God, may the God of the hope fill you with joy and peace in the right way of believing so that you may abound in the hope by the power from the Holy Spirit.
Live with thanksgiving in your heart for the Father’s rich mercy, His great grace and love to us in Christ Jesus. We are His dearly beloved, and highly favored children in Christ.
Our hope in Christ is not an imaginary hope; it is a future reality based on the Words that came out of God’s own mouth.
No one can alter what He purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord. God gave us the victory over sin and death through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Nothing can stop Him from performing the good pleasure of His Will. We have God’s assurance concerning our hope in Christ. It shall be as He has spoken.
Live with the certainty of our hope in Christ in mind. God has reserved it for us in heaven, and it will not fade away! Dearly beloved of God, it shall be as He has spoken.
